One more glance and things will go chaotic. I just know it. I can't fight what I feel though? No. This was for the best, I don't have time for games, lies, open wounds. There's limits for when a person can get hurt, until they find it enough. I don't know how I could've fallen for him. I was just caught in the moment, and found myself wanting to know more about him. That was one mistake, just as the rest were, but I felt different this time, not those bad vibes I'd always push aside. He was different, well that's what my mind told me.
I turned a street, and saw a coffee shop. Just what I needed. The lights were dimmed, as the door opened, tables were scattered. Lanterns were above each of them. I kinda liked the setting, no music playing, as others had head phones on. This was like an escape if you were to describe it. To just forget the things that had happened. I walked up to the worker, and ordered what I wanted. "Just give us your name, and I'll call you once it's ready" He said. I nodded, and told him my name, then walked back to my seat. I sighed, running my fingers through my hair. I heard the door open, as I turned almost as if in sync, the person happened to look in my direction too. We looked at each other for a good minute until he turned away walking up to the front.
I laughed quietly, that wasn't weird at all. I felt a buzz going off in my pocket, my phone was going off. I took it out, looking at the number. My fingers ran across the call button, but then stopped. What would he want? I put my phone back in my pocket, and sat more in the seat. "Running away are we?" Someone spoke. My head turned towards the person, noticing it was the same guy who had walked in. I nodded my head, "You could say that.." I shrugged. He nodded, "I'm Louis.. Tomlinson. Louis Tomlinson" He spoke after the slience. The name sounded familiar. I turned looking right at him. His light green eyes. Something just bugged me about them. "I'm Y/N Y/L/N" I smiled. He returned his smile, as he studied me. His lips pursed, the way they did that why was he so familiar?
"Y/N. Your order is ready!" I jumped realizing I hadn't even had my drink yet. I got up excusing myself, and got my drink. I thanked the worker, making my way back to my seat. Louis looked at me smiling. I stopped raising an eyebrow. "Uhm.. Yeah?" I laughed awkwardly. He chuckled, "I remember you.. We were best friends once, we were toddlers.. And well, since teenagers if I may include that" He laughed. My face must of reacted some way for him to have stopped laughing. "You don't rememebr do you?" He asked quietly. I shook my head, his name was so-
My memory feld back to day we first met.
"Louis! Give me back my pencil!" I whined. Louis was laughing as he stopped by a tree. "Oh come on Y/N! I want to draw too!" He whined back. "No I had it first!" I stuck out my tongue, as I ran to go get it. Louis laughed, and moved to the side. I fell on the floor, as tears formed. "Y/N, I'm sorry are you ok!" Louis ran to my side, as he hugged me. I giggled, "Thanks, Lou. I'm fine" I smiled, he smiled back wider, as he kissed my cheek. "Good"
He was my first crush. I'm guessing I stopped liking him the day he moved. We were about 14 when that happened.
I heard someone knocking on my window softly. I thought who was there. But of course I wasn't dumb enough to just open it. My phone rang, as I answered it. "Hello?" "Hey Y/N, open your window" Louis hung up, as I did. "Lou, what are doing he-" "I'm moving" He interrupted me. I stopped, as I looked at him. "W-what do you mean? L-like.. Moving schools? Or moving out of the area?" "Both" He sighed. I felt a lump rise in my throat. As it began to feel itchy. "Please Y/N, don't cry" He said coming in, hugging me. Tears flowed down my cheeks, landing on his shoulder. "I.. I'm going to miss you" I mumbled. He nodded, "Me too" After a while of us, well me most likely crying. We layed down on my bed, close to each other. It wasn't weird for us, we didn't think much of it, it was fine for us to be together like this. But I knew I had grown feelings for him as any other person would for someone else. I just never really showed it. "Y/N?" I heard Louis. "Hmm?" I heard him sigh, as he shuffled under me. My head was on his chest, as he got up slowly. "What's wrong?" I asked sitting up. He shook his head. "I'm just going to miss you.." He whispered. "Louis.. That's not it" I replied. "I can tell when you're bothered about something" I rolled my eyes. He nodded, "That's why I've always loved you" He smiled. My stomach did some flip. Did he really mean it that way? "Well, that's what friends are for" I smiled. He shook his head, "That's not what I mean Y/N" He sighed. I looked at him confused. "I should've told you this before.. But.. I mean it when I say I love you Y/N.. More than what you think.. Not just as a friend.. But now since I'm leaving, I can't do much about it, but once I leave. I just want you to remember no matter what happens I won't forget you" He whispered quietly. Tears formed once again. He wiped them away with his thumb, "I love you too, and trust me I won't forget you either" I smiled weakly, he leaned in kissing me softly. As we both layed back down, falling asleep.
