"No her heart... her heart stopped beating..." I said tears coming to my eyes. Cassidy can't die. SHE CANT DIE! Tears flow from my eyes freely as I realize that my best friend had just died.
"Jace snap out of it she is just changing. That is what is happening she isn't dead. "Brandon stated angrily at me. I growled deeply.
"How is she going to survive? How is she going to go to school." The last word I practically seethed. Brandon glared at me.
"We will find a way for her to go to school safely" he looked at me daring me to say something else. I growled and sat down my head in my hands
"Sorry Brandon..." I apologized. What have I been doing? Brandon's gaze softened.
"It's ok it's hard for all of us I shouldn't have reacted the way I did" I managed a weak smile at Brandon's reply.
"You sure she will be ok?" I looked at Brandon my gaze pleading. He let out an exasperated sigh.
"I don't know" he looked away and I growled in frustration.
"they will pay for what they have done" I growled my breathing becoming more shallow as I then howled into the night.
