The next day, I slept in late. I dreamed about Jacoby. I basically relived last night in my dreams. I really don't know what it was about him, but he drove me crazy. Its like I was infected by him.
I got up and went downstairs to my brother cooking in the kitchen.
My heart sink as I remembered, Jacoby wanted to meet him today. I had to think of a way to tell my brother, my second day of meeting this guy, we started dating. I knew he wouldn't be to happy about it.
"So, I have something important to tell you.." I said sitting down at the kitchen table as my brother finished up cooking.
He looked at me funny as he started to move everything to the table, "and that's suppose to be?"
I took a deep breath as he sat down, "One of my friends wants to meet you today."
"What friend is that?" He asked as he started eating.
"Jacoby." I said blankly, "and it's not just a friend."
Ronnie raised a brow at me and stopped eating, "what is he?"
"As of last night, we kind of ask me to be his girlfriend." I told him.
Ronnie nodded his head, "and he wants to meet me?"
I nodded as well, "yes he does."
"He wouldn't happen to be the guy you were comferting at the party the other night?" He questioned me.
I nodded my head and covered my face with my hands.
My brother laughed, "relax sis, I'm just asking. Curious is all."
I glared at him and started eating.
After we finished eating, Ronnie finally agreed to Jacoby coming over to meet him.
I texted Jacoby and told him he could come over whenever he wanted.
Maybe an hour later, he texted back saying he just woke up and would be over shortly.
I sat in the living with my brother, watching Bates Motel, catching up before the new season came on.
Then there was a knock on the door.
I checked my phone and Jacoby texted that he was almost here, so that had to be him. I ran open to answer the door.
There Jacoby stood looking ever so nerves.
"Just relax, don't say anything about taking them home first last night and you should be fine." I whispered to Jacoby, then took him to the living room.
Ronnie stood up and looked Jacoby up and down as we entered the living room. He crossed his arms and smirked at me, then looked back at Jacoby.
"Ronnie, this is Jacoby." I introduced him, "Jacoby, this is my shit head brother."
My brother shot my a glare, then he smiled at Jacoby, "Ignore my ignorant sister. Why do we sit and talk, while Cyn runs to the store for me?"
"No." I said.
Ronnie smirked, "Please?"
I sighed and rolled my eyes, "Fine but baby pictures, don't embrace me, you know I was cuter then you!"
I leaned down and have Jacoby a decent kiss before leaving to the store. I also flipped my brother off before exiting the house.
When I got back, my heart pounded on what could have been said or worse, what Ronnie could have done to Jacoby.
I walked inside and look around.
Both of them were no where to be found.
I kind of freaked out, but then I heard faint music coming from my brothers room. I put the stuff I had got, away, then went to my brothers room.
Sure enough, my brother was sharing music with Jacoby.
"And?" I questioned, getting their attention.
Ronnie and Jacoby both smiled at me.
"I like him." My brother said happily, "don't make me kill him."
Ronnie looked at Jacoby with a serious face when he said that.
Jacoby nodded his head.
"Come, let's go Lizzy." I said wrapping my arms around Jacobys neck.
My brother couched.
I glared at him.
"I was actually going to get a few writing tips from your brother if that's okay?" Jacoby asked me.
I was shocked, but then again, I was still getting to know Jacoby. I knew he was passionate about music, but not that much.
"that's fine," I said kissing his cheek, "I'll go hang with Lizzy and you can catch up later?"
Jacoby nodded his head, then continued with my brother as I left.
