Chapter Two

Levy's P.O.V

It was an ordinary day. Taking notes as usual. But suddenly I hear whispers. I look up off my study page and notice that everyone's looking at one person. A boy with piercings on his eyebrows and his chin. His hair was messy and long. He wore ripped and torn clothing. The typical delinquent.

I couldn't help but stare at him as he took his seat next to mine. Then I remind myself to stay focused and I continue to study and take notes. It was almost impossible to keep him off my mind. He looked annoying and obnoxious. He was so full of himself.

I look over at him and I see him staring at me. Then he quickly glances back at the white board which was at the front of the class. What was that all about? I think to myself. No. I can't get sidetracked. I have to continue taking notes.

It was so hard to get it off my mind. Why was he staring at me? For the first time, I set my studies aside and I think about something else. It was weird. Usually I'm able to handle such things calmly, but this situation drove me crazy.

Before I could get anymore crazier, the bell rang. "Class dismissed. Make sure to study for the test on Friday." I hear the teacher mention. Wait, there's a test on Friday? When did he mention that?

This boy drove me crazy.
