Zoe's POV
"So how's life" my best friend Ella asked me
"Terrible because I hate to cardio" I said scarstically
We just finished a cardio warmup and we were in the den waiting for ballet to begin.
'RING' 'RING' 'RING' my phone started to go off.
"Who is that?" Ella said as she saw the number on my phone. I didn't recognize the number either.
I answered the phone wondering how to say hello because I don't even know who this person is.
"Umm... Hello" I said
Hey this is the record company Island Records. We heard your voice on your YouTube channel @theatrezoë and we love your voice and want to hear you record a song and we might eventually give you a record label
I go silent for a minute. "Is this really happening, can this really happen"I think
Ummm. Are you still there...
Oh yeah..
I didn't know how to respond
So.. Can you come fly out to LA on the 19th to meet us for the song. We'll send you an email paying for the tickets and everything
Umm.. Yeah I just umm kinda have to umm ask my mom, I said
Omg I'm so stupid I thought, I sound like a five year old.
Ok just get to us as soon as possible. We can't wait to meet you person!
Umm Thank you so much! I say hanging up
"Omg who was" Ella asks.
"Island Records" I force out
"They want me to come sing for them"
"OMG" I'm so coming with you" she laughs out.
"If you come we'll probably get arrested!" and we both start laughing.
