Ok so let's start with this my name is Marc I'm 16 and i go to crossway high. I have blonde hair, green eyes, straight short hair. I am 6 feet tall, and I have a pretty good body. As for my parents well my father is Lucas Dunbar and my mother is Susanna Dunbar. What is special about our family is that we aren't normal. Not in the sense that we are weird but in the sense that we aren't human. My father is a Cupid, and no he doesn't look like a baby in diapers he looks like a normal 30 year old man he does not use a bow and arrows to make people fall in love. He explains it like this, he says that he enters the persons mind and heart finding what they truly want then he pulls on the heartstrings which are magical strings that control emotion in the brain. Yes I know stupid name for something not actually In The heart. When he actually does start working on the heartstrings it makes people feel a lot of emotions so when he notices that the person he is working on soulmate is near he pull the love string and makes the one person fall in love with them, then once he is finished with the first person he goes to the soulmate and does the same to them. Everything is history then. What is different about my mother is that she is a fateweaver just as her name implies she can weave the fates of others. She can also see the way things will happen in the future. She can not change fate but she can restore them to their original path and give them a second chance, This doesn't happen much anymore since the world has lost touch with the fateweaver order. She will have clients from time to time but mostly she just works as a fortune teller at the magic shop we own. Well we call it a magic shop humans call it a herb and antiques store. I also work there when I'm not in school. Ok so now to the part you've all Been waiting for. My abilities are a little complicated I'm what you would call a hybrid of sorts. We Are not uncommon but never really talked about. I as you guessed am a mix between a Cupid and a fateweaver. I am a heart stitcher is what I like to call myself. I'm mostly like my father in that I can make love happen but unlike him I can control love and emotions altogether. What I get from my mother is what makes me able to do this I can see the strings of fate but with my power I can see the path of love to so when you mix them together you get the ability to control love, lust and infatuation anything pertaining to the feeling of love or the thought of feeling love. I can also fix broken hearts with my power and break hearts if I need to. when I use those two certain powers they take up a piece of my heart with them little by little if I use them enough I could lose the ability to love or have any feeling at all but that's only if I literally break the heart or fix the heart. Yes a heart can literally be broken by love. When I say heart i mean the heart that has feeling not the real heart. Ok so let me explain this we all have two different hearts. We have the heart that keeps our body working, then we have a heart that controls emotion. Yes it's complicated and don't think about it to much. So now that all that explaining Is done lets get to my story.
