It was October 31 and you were supposed to be going to a Halloween party with your friends, but to be honest you weren't feeling up to it.

You were already in your costume. It was Marceline from adventure time. You were kinda thinking about taking it off and calling Damian and Vladimir, and telling them you didn't feel like going, since they were supposed to pick you up. Then your doorbell rang.

You walked over and opened it to find Vlad in a vampire costume, Damian in his Eren Jaeger one. You gave a little giggle. "I thought you weren't going to let him wear that." You said to Vlad.

Vlad laughed in response. "Yeah, but Japan and him watched the show now. So I can't stop him this year."

You gave a reassuring smile. "Ya know what guys, I'm not really feeling like going to the party tonight."

"What!?" Damian exclaimed "why not?"

"But you gotta come!" Vladimir whined.

"I don't know you guys. We were just out trick or treating the other night with Aurel. Not that I didn't like going or anything."

"But that was kinda mainly for Vlad's little bro. Tonight's just us teenagers."

You chuckled. "Yeah I just don't know how I'll feel being around lots of people tonight."

Damian shifted his weight back and forth between his feet, and Vladimir pursed his lips. They both know you've been having one of one of your battles with depression lately, and they didn't want to force you to do anything you didn't want to do, but they definitely didn't want to leave you alone right now.

"You know what? Come with us to the party and if you're still feeling this way, or you feel worse we can leave." The Bulgarian stated.

"It might be good for you to be around friends, but if you honestly still feel like this after being there for awhile, it's really no trouble for us to leave." The Romanian agreed.

You thought about it for a second. If you really wanted, you could talk them into letting you stay home, the only problem with that was the fact that they would skip the party with you. You didn't want to ruin their night even though they would say you wouldn't be.

"Alright." You said stepping out the door. "Let's see if I can do this." You said forcing a smile.

The two boys grinned, interlocking with your elbows on either side of you before walking down towards the party which was only a short three and a half blocks away.

Upon arriving there you already took notice to the amazing Halloween decorations over the lawn and house. And even though you were still on the sidewalk you could hear, My chemical romance's 'Vampires will never hurt you' blasting from inside the house. 

"Looks like they're already playing our kind of tunes!" Vlad cheered. You gave a small smile. Vlad was right at least they were playing decent music.

The three of you walked up on the porch and into the house. This of course was one of Alfred's parties. He was the one who always threw the parties for your and the surrounding high schools.

The first thing you saw entering the common room was, the dance floor and DJ. And to your right was the kitchen, there was where they held the snacks and beverages.

"Merhaba oradaki! We were wondering when you guys would get here!"

"Hey Sadik!" You greeted your tall dark Turkish friend, clad in a genie costume complete with a matching  sequined mask and hat.
