A Dangerous Love

Chapter 8

It wasn't long before I found myself falling asleep to the relaxing sound of rain. I woke up briefly to find that Jason was asleep next to me. To tired to concern too much about it I went back to sleep.

I woke up a few hours later to Jason's arm lying loosely on my hip. I couldn't help to think how relax he looked. I stretch a little feeling refreshed from the nap, and that's when Jason open his eyes focusing on me. I stared back at him starting to feel nervous being this close to him. He smiled and brushed a piece of my hair out of my face. I looked down trying to avoid eye contact but he pulled my chin up and gently bushed his lips against mines. His sober kiss is so much different from his dunk kiss, he was much gentler this time like he was scared of hurting me, I returned the kiss letting him know that it was okay. He tossed my notes and textbook on the floor while he pull me closer to him deepening the kiss I felt as he rubbed his hand up and down my hip. I scooted closer if that was even possible to put my hand around his neck. He got up to hover over me to get a better position, as our tongues battle for dominance, after a while we broke apart to get some air. He gave me a quick peck on the nose before rolling off me.

"Are you hungry, I could order pizza?"

"Actually I was craving pizza for the pass few days" I said sitting up.

"What do you want on the pizza?"

"It doesn't matter I'll just pick anything I don't like off."

"Great I can get the meat lovers pizza, with everything on it."

"Eww gross I'm not gonna have much of a pizza left over with all the crap I have to take off."

"Just going off what you said, you should have said you don't like meat lovers."

"Well I don't like that much meat on my pizza I thought you were gonna order something like pepperoni."

"Sorry it too late now, I already order it." He said smiling

"Ugh you jerk."

"I know" he said winking before he left the room. I rolled my eyes and followed after him. I notice that the rain hasn't let up a bit since it first started, I might be stuck here for tonight. Jason went and sat on the couch turning on the TV, I went to go sit next to him just as I was about to sit down Jason grabbed me around my waist and pulled me into his lap for round two of our make out session. We were interrupted by the door bell, either the pizza guys around here are really fast or we've been making out longer then I thought. Jason set the pizza down on the coffee table in front of the couch while he went to get some plates and napkins. I open the box up to see the pizza practically drowning in meat, I mean I like meat and all but not when it was overkill like this.

"Looks good" Jason said handing me a plate

"Do you have a knife and fork?"

"What the hell you need a knife and fork for?"

"Well like some people like to eat their pizza like a taco, I like to eat it with a knife and fork, it's a preference."

"I never heard of anyone eating their pizza with a knife and fork." He said handing me the utensils.

"I'm sure a lot of people eat their pizza with a knife and fork."

"Yea, if you consider yourself a lot of people." Jason mumbles sitting next to me on the couch.

After we finish eating Jason watch some movies on TV while I finished up my essay, when I was done I was too tired to even move so I just fell asleep in Jason's arms. I woke up the next morning realizing that I had to get ready for another day of classes.

"Want me to drop you off at your apartment?"

"Actually can you drop me off at my car...which is still at the school."

"Oops hope you don't get a ticket."

I groan as I sat up getting ready to go.

When we arrived at my car Jason gave me a quick peck on the lips before driving off. I walked over to my car feeling a little on cloud nine until I saw a ticket placed under my windshield wiper. Great that's what happens when I leave my car here overnight.

"Dammit" I said as I read the ticket at least its only fifteen dollars, I can pay this off later on today, or better yet I'll just get Jason to do it after all it is his fault.

As I was pulling up to my apartment I saw Mel pulling up in her car as well, she must be coming back from her class.

"Wearing the same clothes from yesterday, the ultimate walk of shame." Mel teased as we walked up to the apartment.

"I didn't want to get out in the rain, so I stayed over at Jason's" I said a little nervous of what she might say.

"You stayed over at Jason's last night?" she said raising an eyebrow. I just nodded my head.

"So what are you guys a couple now?"

"Yea we made it official last night." I said with a sheepish smile "are you mad?"

"No why would I be mad? You guys actually look cute together, just be careful when you are around him, wouldn't want you to get in trouble or hurt for his stupidity."

"Yea I'll keep that in mind, no worries Mel."

I'm glad she okay with this

"Just keep in mind that he has been known to use girls, so keep your eyes open for signs like that."
