5 YEARS LATER

You are now working as a nurse in Shibuya hospital. You enjoy working with the kids who are in the oncology (oncology is cancer) branch. It sad but they are like your children. You live alone with your Akita on the outskirts of the city.

You have no boyfriend and no husband. But how could you? Only one person lives within your heart.

Mori.

He still haunts your dreams and you still feel the ache of not having him in your life. You haven't seem much of him other than that he made a company.

You sigh... Suddenly a hand tugs at your sleeve.

"(y/n) are you ok?" Sakura, a 5 year old girl with leukemia asks.

"I'm fine baby, don't worry. I'm just tired." You say.

"Is it about someone? Cause my mommy gets like that when daddy isn't here." She says.

"No not exactly. Here if you take your medication I'll tell you my secret alright?" You compromise.

"Alright!" She says happily.

"Alright. Now take a deep breath and count backwards from 10." You say.

"Ok...*breaths* 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...0..." Sakura counts.

"Great job baby! You were so brave! Now I'll tell you my secret. Once upon a time I used to be friends with this guy. We grew up together and he saved me when I was a child-"

"He was a superhero?!" Sakura asks.

"Yes he was. So one day when we got older and I moved back to Japan he told me he loved me. I didn't know what to say and I didnt understand my feelings so I transferred so things wouldn't get weird. Now he is own his own and I am living my life." You say.

"Well don't you love him?" Sakura asks.

"I do, I really do." You say as tears roll down your face.

"Then we should find Mr. Superhero!" Sakura says excitedly.

"I don't think so. He is happy and living his life. I couldn't do that." You say defeatedly.

Knock! knock!

"Ooo! That must be uncle!" Sakura says.

A tall man comes in, in a black suit with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. You are about to say something but you stop short.

Its Mori.

He blinks in surprise when he sees you as well.

"Uncle!!!" Sakura yells.

"Hello sweety. How was your day?" Mori asks but still glances toward you.

"It was great! This is my friend (y/n)! She is a nurse and and helps me a lot." Sakura says.

"Oh. I didn't know that." Mori says staring at you.

"She was telling how she loves this guy who is a superhero that saved her when she was little! Uncle can you help us find him?" Sakura asks.

"Sure. I think I know who he is though. He went to school with me." Mori says glancing at you.

"Uhh..I-I have to go now, I need to help someone else. Have a good day." You bow as you run out the room.

Mori yells your name but you run out the hospital. Someone grabs your hand and you get pulled into a hard chest.

"Why are you running?" Mori asks

"Because I didnt what you to find out that way, or find out at all." You mumble out.

"Why?" He asks.

"You are living a happy and prosperous life. A life that doesn't include me. Be happy. I don't want to ruin it." You say.

"What are you talking about? I love you! I have since we were children." He says as he pulls your chin up so you are now looking at each other.

"You have a wife -" you start to say but get cut off.

"I didn't get married. My father had made an arranged marriage but I refused. I didn't want to marry that girl. I want to marry you." He says quietly.

You start to tear up again and you do the only thing you could think of....

Kiss.

You kiss Mori passionately. Mori freezes for a moment but soon returns the toe curling kiss. His arm curls around your waist and he pulls you even closer, so there is no more space between you to.

You kiss you god knows his long and then you break apart gasping for air.

"So (y/n) will you please, be my girlfriend?" He asks.

"Yes!" You say as you glomp Mori.

Hiya guysss!!! Omg I'm like crying from all the feels invested in this ending.(╥_╥) imma so happy yet sad.
