4. A Chosen Date

Third Person P.O.V

The blood that Yuki gave Airisu was working wonders. Airisu's complexion was back to it's beautiful, milky ivory tone, her cheeks were a pale pink, her lips a rosy red color, and the bags under her eyes were gone. Vibrancy brought back into her eyes, which danced with life, once more.

Her footsteps were soft, almost silent, and her red black laced shawl hung down from her shoulders, covering her red sweetheart neckline sundress. Her ballet flats, abnormally silent. Airisu had suspicions that the entire household was listening in on their conversation, but Airisu was strangely unfazed.

This would be the first time that she would ever talk to the Tsukinamis alone, and frankly she was nervous. She didn't know if they wanted her to act a certain way or not, but most importantly, she didn't know why they were here.

Airisu opened the door to the study, and she stepped into the room,"Hello Tsukinami-Sans." Airisu curtsied respectfully, with her head down. She then stood up straight and faced the brothers with a smile."To what do I owe the pleasure of this fine meeting?"

"Sit." Carla's deep voice ordered from behind the red scarf. Airisu silently obeyed, because there seemed to be an edge to his voice.

"Is something wrong?" Airisu asked softly, as she was seated in front of the two brothers. Shin shared a look with Carla, who nodded.

"There has been some........problems and we just want to warn you before hand." Shin said carefully, while he looked into Airisu's eyes with his one uncovered eye.

"I see." Airisu started and she smiled,"Thank you for your concern Tsuki-"

"Shin." Sid brother interrupted, Carla silently stared at Airisu's confused face."You are going to be the mother of our heir, so you are entitled to call us by our first name."

Airisu smiled softly and nodded,"Thank you, Shin."

"Have you been experiencing some night terrors lately?" Carla's deep voice rumbled, and Airisu froze.'Don't tell them my princess.' The voice of the man, whom has been haunting her echoed through her head.

She didn't know what compelled her, her lips moved, as if she were controlled by an unseen force. Airisu smiled and said,"No. I've been sleeping very well."

The Tsukinamis looked at her, then they dropped the conversation."Airisu," Said female looked at Carla in question. Carla was intently looking at her, as well as Shin."In order to proceed with the 'negotiation', we must choose a date for you to be inseminated."

Airisu blushed and nodded."I understand."

Shin smirked and teleported next to her, making her flinch in surprise. He began twirling a lock of her hair around."Which date do you prefer?"

Airisu paused for a moment. Which date? She could use this date Saturday, October 17, but for some reason, she felt as if......it wasn't the right time to conceive her child. Almost as if she spiritually knew that something was going to occur very soon."I-I choose..." Airisu looked up at the Tsukinami brothers and said in a determined voice."April. I wish to proceed with the insemination on April 25."

Carla smiled behind his scarf, as Shin smirked,"Very well."

"The date is set." Airisu nodded and looked at the brothers with an unknown expression on her face.

"I want to tell you beforehand." Airisu started, and the brothers looked at her in a sort of awed expression as she continued."I-I'm going to carry a child from one of you, you may help raise the child, you may acknowledge the child as your own. However, I do not want you to use the child for anything, for the child is mine. I do not care if my child wishes to continue your bloodline, so long as it is their decision." Airisu said in a serious voice." Even though the child may be born under an agreement, I will unconditionally love and cherish the baby, for it is my fresh and blood, I would still love them regardless. I expect the same behavior from whoever you decide the father to be, I'm not saying we have to get married, but at least cherish the child as well. Or I won't hesitate to kill you... the both of you."

Shin smiled, as did Carla." You would make a wonderful mother. I shall heed your warning." Carla said in his deep voice.

"As shall I." Shin agreed as well.

Carla suddenly looked curious," Why did you choose to have a child with us? And with the Kuran no less?" Airisu sighed and looked out the window.

She touched her chest, where her heart was placed." To tell you the truth, I don't know why." Airisu said, the brothers were silent and began listening, all ears to the beauty in front of them." I didn't think it was possible to have more than two mates, but apparently it is possible. I love my brothers, adopted or not, bond or blood equally.I love them for who they are, what they are, and I love them wholly.I guess somewhere n my heart, I felt sympathetic for the two of you."

"What do you mean?" Shin asked and Airisu turned to them with a smile.

"The last two of your kind, the last of the Firsts, and the last of your family." Airisu slowly walked towards Shin, who had teleported next to his brother when Airisu looked out the window, and Carla who stared at Airisu with wide eyes." You are demons, so by nature you don't know how to love, and you had an abusive father, as well as the whore Cordelia for a cousin. I felt connected to you both, in a way we shared similar characteristics and experiences. So I thought that if you have a child, or a niece/nephew"Airisu took one hand from Carla and the other from Shin, and placed them on her cheeks as she leaned down towards them, with her eyes closed." Maybe, just maybe you could feel love, and be loved in turn. That is why I agreed to be inseminated."

Airisu opened her eyes, her beautiful dark/light maroon eyes, and since she was so close, the brothers saw that tiny blue sparkle in them. Both of their hearts raced, no pounded against their rib cages. Maybe having her as the mother of the Tsukinami heir, wouldn't be so bad.
