Kuroko no Host Club

"Gather up" Seijuro Akashi, the captain of the Teiko basketball team raised his voice as they were finishing up their practice for the day. Immediately, the first-stringers gathered around him.

"As you know, the cultural festival is coming up and we still need to decide on an event for the basketball club. Any suggestions?" Akashi looked around as he motioned for them to sit down and Midorima pushed a black board and chalk towards him.

There was a moment of silence for fear of getting their ideas rejected by the fierce captain.

"Why not a dunking session? If they throw a basketball and it hits the target, one of us gets dunked" Toru Sekiguchi said.

"Rejected" Akashi said firmly as he moved his attention away from Sekiguchi. A few players sniggered. "Its not as if you have a better idea" Midorima scoffed as he looked down at them and adjusted his glasses. They gulped and immediately silenced their sniggers. Akashi smirked.

"How about a host club? I'm sure it will attract a lot of customers and raise the popularity of the basketball team further, especially since our club has quite handsome members." Nijimura suggested. Other members nodded their heads in agreement. To be frank, most members didn't know much about what takes place in a host club.

Akashi held his chin in thought. "That could work, I'm sure it will be a great success. Does anybody here have any objections? If not, this would be the final decision for the basketball team." Nobody objected (who would be that dumb as to go against the captain?) and so Akashi wrote the idea on the blackboard.

"We should make the main hosts 'The Generation of Miracles' if we use their faces to promote the host club, we should be able to draw in more customers especially since 'The Generation of Miracles' are the pride of our school and is vastly known around Japan." Masaya Kubota added.

"Good point. Is that fine with you guys? Including you, Tetsuya." Akashi smiled.

"Ehhh I don-" Murasakibara was about to complain before Aomine used his hand to cover Murasakibara's mouth. Aomine nodded encouragingly at Akashi to approve the idea.

The rest looked at each other and nodded. Akashi scribbled that on the board as well.

"Akashi-kun, we should think about the food we are serving too. I have some ideas, may I?" Kuroko looked at Akashi with a blank expression as always. His sudden speech made the players around him flinch in surprise.

"Of course, Tetsuya" Akashi nodded for Kuroko to continue.

"We should serve tea cakes and different types of tea for the guests"

"Good idea, Tetsuya, I'll personally take care of that part"

Akashi looked at the clock hanging nearby. "That's all the time we have for today, I'll gain permission from the student council later"

This could be a very interesting experience for the team.
