<1 Week Later>

Kise looked at the piece of paper in his hand.

"This is the place Akashi told us to go right?" The door in front of them didn't look like anything special, it was no different from the other doors. The only difference was that there was a sign above the door that was bordered with fresh red and white roses and had "Teiko Basketball Club:Host Club" carved into the sign.

"Let's just go, Akashi is waiting" Aomine clucked his tongue as he opened the door. Once they opened the door, they were greeted with a sweet vanilla and lavender scent. The music room looked bigger then expected. It was large and spacious. Vases filled with fresh flowers stood around the room. Curtains were snow white and it was an elegant touch to the whole room. The marble floor was sparkly clean and polished with care and in the corner there was a beautiful white grand piano.

In the middle of the room, Akashi(who wore black jeans and a red collared long sleeve shirt) ordered the basketball players around. Some carried furniture to the different areas of the room and others were in the connecting room preparing the cakes and tea on classy dishware. The instruments were also stashed in the connecting room but they didn't bother moving the grand piano considering that it was very heavy and added a nice elegant touch to the whole room.

Akashi looked at them pointed at the connecting room. "Go change into your clothes, they are labelled. I doubt I messed up anyone's sizes."

They nodded and quickly headed over.

"Psht Aka-chin asking us to change even though he's not even ready yet" Murasakibara grumbled as he stuffed his face with potato chips.

"You're lucky he didn't confiscate your chips actually" Midorima muttered as he re-taped his fingers.

"Atsushi, pass me all your snacks later" Akashi called after them.

Kise stifled his laughter.

"Aye Kise, be helpful for once and help me tie my tie" Aomine's face tinted pink as he looked away.

"Of course Aominecchi! Uwahh we look so cool!" Kise gushed as they looked in the mirror. Kuroko looked supremely uncomfortable in his outfit and Midorima kept on adjusting his glasses-a sign that he felt awkward.

"So this is why Akashi didn't wear his outfit first" Midorima shook his head.

They were all dressed in suits that had small details which complimented their different coloured eyes and hair. (kinda like the book cover)

"Sigh, let's just get this over with," Midorima looked at his watch," We have 10 minutes before the festival starts"

When they walked out, they held their breath. The finished room looked absolutely stunning. For each main host, there was a part of the room for them and their guests. Each set of the furniture had 3 camel back couches arranged in a U formation and in the centre, there was a white rosewood table with a small vase of red roses in the middle with cake stands and tea kettles on either side.

All the sets in the room for the hosts were arranged in a specific U-formation.From clockwise direction from the entrance- Aomine, Kise, Midorima, Akashi, Kuroko, Murasakibara (the head of this U-shape being Midorima and Akashi)

In the middle of the room, there were 6 white boxes laid along a long maple wood Victorian-style table. Each box had a host's name engraved on the sides.

"When our guests come in, they will write down the name of the host they want to see and drop the piece of paper into the respective box. This way, we can calculate who is indeed the best host. I was serious about what I said last week." Akashi explained as he smirked.

The boys(except Kuroko) clenched their fists. This was no longer just a festival event, this was a competition between the Generation of Miracles.

Author's note:

For some reason I can't upload the layout of the room down here *sigh*
