I was hanging out with my boyfriend, Drew. We were walking around the park hand in hand when I noticed someone familiar playing basketball.

I looked closer and I noticed it was Nate. I stood shocked and he turned around and saw me looking at him. He then had a soft face.

I will never forget him. He was my first love and will always be. But he cheated on me, I had to let him go. I saw Nate coming up to me. "Babe can you get me a caramel frappe from Starbucks?" I asked pointing across the street. He nodded and left.

I then saw Nate getting closer and closer. "Hey y/n. It been a while. How have you been?" He asked scratching the back of his neck.

"I'm good. You?" I asked him. He nodded his head. "Good." He said. "Look I'm still really sorry for what I did. I was being a complete idiot and I didn't know what was doing, I just want you to know that I still love you y/n and I will never stop." He said making my eyes go wide.

"Nate I still love you, but I don't think I can ever forgive you for that. You hurt me to much Nate. I'm sorry I just can't forgive you." I said getting up but then felt my arm being pulled.

"Please y/n. Take me back I miss you so much. I love you so much! Please I'm begging forgive me." He begged. I nodded my head. "I'm sorry I just can't. I don't want to get hurt anymore Nate. I'm sorry!" I said pecked his cheek and walked away.

Drew then came back. "Here you go babe." He said handing me my frappe. "Thanks." I said and he kissed my lips. I looked at Nate and I saw tears in his eyes I then saw one slide down his cheek. I miss him so much. I want to forgive him but I just can't.

His face was full of hurt. He started walking away with tears streaming down his face making me feel guilty.

Will I ever be able to forgive him?
