Lauren's P.O.V
I just woke up. I'm the only girl awake out of my room but its 8am. Everyone is usually awake. I crept down stairs and heard mom on the phone.
She was saying things like "You found them?" "Will Alexa have to go meet them if we don't want her to?" "What about my children, they would miss Alexa so much" "How many cousins does she have?" "Whats her aunt and uncles names?"
She is letting Alexa live with her Aunt and Uncle and cousins? I will never be able to live without her! She is my world! I can't let them take her! I ran up the stairs and into our bedroom. I cried.
"What's wrong sweetie?" Angela asked
"Mom, Alexa and stupid Aunts and Uncles!" I said angrily
"What about them?" Angela asked
"Alexa's aunt and uncle have been found and she is going to live with them" I said starting to cry.
Alexa's P.O.V
I heard it all! I don't want to leave here! I'm happy here! What will Lauren do? Will I live far from here? I waited until everyone had left the bedroom and then I ran into the bathroom. I needed to cut. It is the only answer right now. I cut all over my arms, there was no room on my arms anymore, I started on my legs all the way down my legs had cuts. Why did I cut? I should just run away then no one will get me! I put on a pair on jeans and a top then a jacket to cover my arms.
"Bye" I whispered. I crept out of the house quietly. No one heard me! I started to run. I ran and ran, I didn't even know where i was going I just kept running. No one even noticed I was gone, they didn't care about me. I ran until i came to this little rusty shed. It didn't look like it had been used in a long time. I walked into it, there was an old blanket and a bike. I picked the blanket up and put it over me, I lay down and went to sleep.
Lauren's P.O.V
"I'm going to see if Alexa's awake," I said to Christina.
"Alright," Christina answered.
Everyone in our family knows about Alexa's aunt and uncle except her. I need to tell her. I sprinted up the stairs. Alexa wasn't there. I ran into all the bed rooms, then i walked into the bathroom. Blood everywhere! Why doesn't she clean up after cutting? Anyway, where is she?! What has happened? where did she go? Why did she cut? I'm so worried!
"ALEXA!" I screamed over and over, but i got no answer.
"Lauren calm down!" Christina said running up the stairs. I was crying.
"Look!" I shouted pointing to the bathroom. She walked in and gasped in horror. There never had been this much blood before!
"I can't find her! She won't answer me!" I said crying
"MOM!" Christina screamed. Even Christina is worried! We need to find her soon!
