My one and only (A One Direction fanfic)

Chapter 1.

I woke up too late for work again. It was the third time this week. Damn, I really need to start set the alarm!

"Quinn!" I heard my best friend, Brooke, shouted from down stairs. "You're late for work again!"

I sighted as I got into the bathroom to take a quick shower.

After the shower I put on a pink pair of shorts and a white t-shirt with "HOPE" written on it. It was pretty warm outside. It was the beginning of summer 2012.

I went down stair to see my best friend dancing around with earphones in. I could hear she was listening to "Kiss You" by One Direction. She was a huge fan of them, so was I, but there was one thing that she didn't know about me...

FLASHBACK

Louis looked me straight into my blue eyes and said "I love you Quinn. Do you know that?" Louis and I had been dated since early 2009. Now we were at the audition for The X Factor 2010.

"I love you too Louis." I answered as I looked into his blue eyes. He was the most beautiful and perfect boyfriend I could ever dream of!

He gave me a quick kiss before he got up on stage.

He started to sing "Hey There Delilah" and the crowd loved him. So did the judges.

OUT OF FLASHBACK

Brooke and I met when I moved from Doncaster to London a year ago. Now we share the same apartment.

"Brooke!" I said pretty loud so she would hear, but her music were too loud. "Brooke!" I said ever louder. She turned around and saw me there.

She paused her music and looked at me with her perfect green eyes. She had long, straight, blonde hair.

"Hey!" She said happily that I finally was awake. "You're late for work again"

I sighted "I know, I know! I really need to set the alarm!"

"Yeah, you kind of do when you have to go to work!"

I worked at the mall. Well, at least I used to. I don't know if I'm allowed to keep this job any longer!

"So, what's your plans for today?" I asked her as I took an apple to eat.

"Um, I don't know really! I was kind of thinking that we could go to the mall and shop?" She said as she started to dance around again.

"Yeah sure!" I said over the loud music. "I'll just get my stuff and then we can go!"

We've been walking around here for like two hours now.

That's when I saw him.

I saw Louis and the other guys from One Direction were standing like 10 metres away from us.

I was hoping that Brooke didn't see them, because then she would go crazy! And I was also hoping that Louis didn't saw me.

Suddenly, he turned his head around toward us.

He looked straight into my eyes. "Crap! He saw me!" I thought. He was about to walk over to me, but I ran away.

I've spent the last two years trying to forget Louis, and now, he was standing right in front of me.

What was he doing here?!
