My vacation love

Chapter 3

Its monday night, 2 AM and i can't sleep. I spent the rest of the day with Lucas. Do i have a boyfriend now? He didn't ask me if i wanted to be his girlfriend. We did kiss. But we hardly know eachother for two days. I'm starting to worry. Is this a relationship that will be over in two weeks? Because if i ever see him again, it will be next year, and i really hate long distance relationships. Is this going to work out? 'Stop worrying, Emily' I said to myself. I turned on my phone and listened to the 'Believe' album. I checked Twitter, Justin didn't post anything for three days already, i wonder where he is. I got on Facebook and chatted with my best friend Jamie. I told her everything about my first vacation 'love', i told her how we kissed, and that he didn't even ask me if i wanted to date him.

Jamie: Be carefull Emily, you always fall in love way too quickly and then they always leave you with a broken heart. xx

Me: I know, but i really love this guy. xx

Jamie: Don't forget that you leave in less than two weeks, so i don't think that it's a good idea to date someone who lives that far away from you. xx

Me: I know Jamie. You sound like my mom. xx

Jamie: I just don't want your heart to be broken again... Anyways, is he cute?

Me: Yes, he's so handsome!

I sent her a picture of him and me togheter.

Jamie: Aww you two are so cute.

Me: Haha thanks, but i have to go now, i'll call you on Skype tomorrow. Bye xx

Jamie: Okay, bye Emmi xx

I got off my phone and fell asleep.

9 AM, the doorbel is ringing. I got up in my pajama's and walked to the door with my eyes still half closed. I hate when i wake up like this. I open the door and i see Lucas standing there with a cute smile. Oh no, i look horrible right now, i have messy hair, i'm in my pajama's and i'm not wearing any make up. I don't want him to see me like this. I smile back and say: 'Hey, sorry, i just woke up.' 'That's not a problem at all, you look cute like that.' He said. I smiled and invited him in.

I layed down on the couch and Lucas sat next to me. He lifts my head up and puts it on his lap. I close my eyes, i'm so tired. 'Are your parents here?' he asks me. 'No, they already went to the restaurant.' I said with my eyes still closed. 'Aren't you hungry? Let's go eat too!' he said very enthousiastic. He then kissed me on my lips. I smiled, got up and said: 'Alright, i'll take a shower and get ready.'

I left the room and got in the shower. I was singing some Justin Bieber songs while showering. When i was done i dressed myself up, put on my make up and left the bathroom. 'You're a pretty good singer' Lucas said while giggling and coming towards me. I laughed and he hugged me. 'Lets go' he said after we hugged for a while. We left the suite and were on our way to the restaurant. I'm kind of confused, he didn't ask me if i wanted to date him, but he did kiss and hug me. Are we togheter now? What if he does this to every girl that he likes that comes to this resort?

'WOAH' I screamed as i fell over something. Oh no, i was thinking too hard again. I looked around, to make sure no one saw my embarassing fall. Luckily for me there were no people around, just me and Lucas. 'Are you okay?' he asked with a worried face. He gave me his hand and i pulled him next to me. We both layed on the gras now. 'What was that for?' he asked me while laughing. I laughed, got up and pulled him up. When we started walking again he asked me: 'What were you thinking about?' I answered: 'Oh nothing special' and smiled. We walked in the restaurant and chose a table.

After we were done eating breakfast we went to our suite again and i put on my bikini. We went to the pool. 'Let's jump in togheter' Lucas asked. 'No, i have to take my clothes off' i laughed. I took my clothes off and sat on a chair next to the pool. Lucas called me a couple of times. I refused to go, i didn't want to get wet yet. 'Come on Em, let's go togheter.' 'No i don't want to get wet yet' i answered. 'Alright' he said while walking in the pool. I went to the pool and sat on the edge of it with my feet in the water. I waved at Lucas, who's body was already completely wet. He came to me, and kissed me on my lips. 'Come in' he said with a pouty face. I still refused to go. He grabbed me by my waist, lifted me up and got me in the pool. 'Noooo' i laughing. He got as far as he could while carrying me. The pool was huge and it had a little island in the middle, so you could swim in circles.

After playing around in the pool we got out. I took my phone and got on Skype, i totally forgot that i promised to call Jamie. I tapped on the 'call' button and she immediatly picked up.

Me: Hey Jamerz!

Jamie: Hey Emmi, are you at the beach?

Me: No i'm at the pool, with Lucas.

Jamie: Oh that's fun, hey Lucas!

Lucas: Hey!

Me: We just got out of the pool, what are you doing?

Jamie: Oh nothing much.

After talking for a little while, we said goodbye and i hung up. 'She's nice, is that your best friend?' Lucas asked me. 'Yes, we have been best friends since we were three years old' i said. 'Cool, let's get some lunch, i'm getting hungry' Lucas said while standing up, picking me up and carrying me around the pool. 'Don't you dare to drop me in the pool!' i laughed. He carried me all the way to the restaurant, wich was pretty cute. 'We can't go in our swiming suits, did you bring our clothes? 'Ofcourse i did' he said and he gave me my dress and he putted on his shirt. He was still in his swimming shorts, wich looked like usual shorts, so he didn't have to change. I putted on my dress over my bikini and we walked in the restaurant.

When we were done eating Lucas had to go do some work. 'Bye beautiful, i'll see you at 8 PM.' He kissed me on the lips and walked away. I walked to my suite, it's kind of boring without him. When i arrived i saw my mom sitting in the little garden. 'Where were you? I was worried!' she said while she came to me. 'Mom, why would you worry, i'm old enough to spend a day by myself.' She sat down and looked at me. 'Are you going somewhere right now, because we are leaving the resort for a couple of hours and we wanted to take you with us to the mall.' she told me. 'No i'm not, i'll go with you.' i said while walking to the chair next to my mom and sitting down. Two hours later we arrived at the mall, it was very different than the resort, and i didn't really like it. We stayed there for three hours and then we went back.

8 PM. I put on some other clothes and went to search Lucas in the area where we always meet eachoter around this time. I can't find him. After searching for a little while i went to the stage and i looked for him. There he is. I saw him sitting at the other side of he room, with a girl. It looks like he's flirting with her. I stood there and got scared. I watched him, i was curious about what he's going to do. He leaned closer to her. I didn't want to look anymore, but i felt like i had too.

They kissed. I immediatly felt that i was turning red. Tears started rolling out of my eyes. He's fucking with my feelings. I ran away as fast as i could, to a calm little place with a couch behind the bushes. I felt so angry, i hate him, i fucking just started to trust him and now he's breaking my heart. I fell in love way to fast again. I dried my tears. I looked horrible, i had mascara all over my face. I ran to Lucas, looked him in the eyes with so much anger. 'What's up babygirl?' he said, acting like he didn't know what he just did. 'What's up?! Are you serious? You fucking made me feel special, you kissed me and made me fall in love with you. I tought you loved me, guess i was wrong. I hate you, and don't you ever call me 'babygirl' again.' I was so angry. I ran away before he could say something. I wanted to go to bed as fast as possible. This vacation is officialy ruined.

I walked into the little 'building'. Our door was at the end of the halway. I saw some people standing next to our neighbors door, but i didn't want to look at them. My face was full of tears again. I pulled out my key-card to open the door. After trying a couple of times it still didn't work. Just like the people next to me, they couldn't get it open either. 'Try it this way' i heard a voice say, this voice is familliar, this can't be real! I looked next to me and it was true. I saw the people, with my face still full of tears. I started crying even harder now. This can't be real. I fell on the ground.
