"Lads, this is Cassandra." I introduced. "Hi." they all said in unison. Cassandra sweetly smiled. We've been dating for 3 weeks now. Hopefully, soon we can take the next step. But each day she's getting more familiar as if I've known her before. Like the other day we were talking, and now she's just got me thinking.
*THE OTHER DAY*
"Wow, you've had a hard childhood." i frowned after Cassandra told me about her childhood.
"Yeah, and then I began to bully someone in sch- um. Never mind.." she nervously choked. "It's okay. You know what they say, hurt people hurt people. I've been bullied before.." I sighed. Cassandra gulped, and she looked down. "I hate that girl. I hate her so much. But I shouldn't care anymore, she's out of my life. So I don't need to care." I said. She winced at my words. "Are you okay?" I asked
"Yeah, it's just..." she looked at me. "..I get emotional about talking about my past" she insisted. I wrapped an arm around her and kissed her temple.
"What school did you go to?" I asked
"Wolverh- Liverpool Middle School." she corrected.
"It sounded like you were going to say Wolverhampton.." I said.
"No no, I was just thinking that you went to Wolverhampton..I just was thinking..about that." she quietly said. She looked down. A tear slowly rolled down her face.
"It's gonna be okay love... the past is gone." I said as I caressed her cheek. "You're too beautiful to have tears go down your face" I whispered. She looked up at me. Her blue orbs locked with my chocolate brown eyes. I tucked my hand in her hair, and I leaned forward, and she did the same, and just like that.. we had our first kiss.
Her soft perfect lips fit perfectly between mine. Our lips moved in sync, and at that moment everything just felt perfect. Like the storms in the sea had calmed, and the thunder in the thunderstorms stopped. My heart was beating so fast.
We pulled away, and I stared into her eyes. A smile lit up her face. I pecked her lips a couple more times, and then smiled. "That was perfect." she whispered.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
As much as I really really enjoyed that first kiss, I keep thinking about that conversation. She just seemed so suspicious.
What if she was... What?! Ha. No way I'm crazy. Cassandra was so ugly and nasty this Cassandra is an angel. Shame one me for even thinking this idea.
I laughed at myself for such a silly thought. Of course it would never be her. I'm falling in love with Cassandra, and I would never love that Cassandra. In fact, soon I'm going to ask Cassandra to be my girlfriend. Soon.. And I know everything will go well.
