Warrior, Wakita, Silver, Star, Wish, and Lightning were ready to get started after having a good rest. Before they started to walk up the gravel road, people were starting to come out with a truck and trailer. Lightning said, "Let's go, c'mon." As they started to run off they found a little cave that could fit all of Lightning's horses. Wakita was the one to find the cave and Warrior praised her for the rest of the time.
After the humans had left, Lightning had told the others to wait a few more minutes. After about ten minutes they all got up and started toward the barn. The walk to the barn didn't take to long, but it took a decent amount of time.
"We're here," Warrior said slowly. "Okay, careful." said Lightning. They were all entering the barn when Angel whinnied and pleaded happily. "SHHHH!" hissed Wikita. "Okay, sorry." spoke Angel. "Okay, let's get everyone out." said Lightning quietly. "Silver, you get out Arizona. Wakita, get Aylia. Wish, get Addie. Warrior, you get Frost. Star, you get Angel, and I'll get Cloud. Fillies and colts you stay here." said Lightning.
"Thanks for getting us out guys." said Arizona. "Your welcome." spoke Lightning. "Okay, let's go get some water and food for you guys." said Silver.
They were coming up on some grass and a stream, which luckily was right next to the cave. With seventeen horses in Lightning's herd, they might have to find another cave, but luckily there is just enough room for them.
"Okay, we are all safe now, and can finally eat and drink." Lightning said. "Yes! I am so hungry." replied Aylia. "Good, because we are not stopping any time soon tomorrow." said Lightning. "So where are we going afterwards tomorrow?" asked Cadillac, a filly. "Well Cadillac, we don't know yet." said Aylia, Cadillac's mom. "Oh, okay." replied Cadillac.
