"Sometimes beautiful things come into our lives out of nowhere. we can't always understand them, but we have to trust in them." - Lauren Kate

She was beautiful in a dangerous kind of way. Not because she looked dangerous or because she had bad intentions. She was dangerous because she knew too much and everyone else knew nothing at all.
Cassidy was something of an old soul. She didn't conform to society like everyone else. She didn't have normal ambitions like everyone else. She didn't love the same things like everyone else.
But then again, she was a new spirit. She had an undying passion for adventure. She unashamedly loved to break the rules. She was a supernova of a woman.
Before Cassidy, I didn't understand oxymoron's. It didn't make sense that people could possess opposite traits like shy and confident or humble and boastful. Then I met Cassidy Walker and everything made sense.
She was both naïve and wise. She was both soft and feisty. She was both happy and sad.
And I was captivated by her spell.
Except I wasn't. Because she was just a girl. And I was just a boy. And it's a dangerous, dangerous thing to forget that.
