Meet Dewey Bradly. A girl who has a very tough life. First her mom dies in a car accident. Then her dad can't pay off their house so they sell it and move into a poor neighboor. It's not a place where there are people on drugs or kidnappers or anything just where old people who didn't save money for retirement and retired early live.
