This is the finalized application form for our Hogwarts School. THERE IS A REQUIRED ESSAY TO WRITE TO APPLY. You will remain in the school forever, moving up a level each year. Those who know that they will be busy and not have time for our wizard and witches school are not recommended to join. This application form will last as long as you are active. Again, failure to comply with discipline AND activity will result in an expulsion. Thank you.

When you have sent in the form for the school, you will be sent a PRIVATE MESSAGE of whether or not you have been qualified to join. Afterwards, you will be required to copy the Wizard's Code of Conduct, and sign it. You will then be given a letter of introduction and instruction by 'owl post'.
School starts September, so be ready!
