----------------------------------------------I slouch against the wall
As I take ragged breaths, every piece of air.
Clogging my lungs, grasping it with scorching pain.
I've finally miserably lost the everlasting battle...
Battle scars littered my body
Red liquid taints the floor and my body.Raindrops daintily danced on my face,
As if mocking my defeat.
However,
My will, strength,
Everything that created me
Has been drained completely from a hideous leech. My heart has lost the will to beat,
the only reminder of my limbs is heavy stone.
Waterfalls pour from my eyes, causing stinging pain to spread. The stick sits next to me,
Whispering, calling for me, bloodthirsty.
I cancelled out its lustful pleads as I grab a jug.
Who would've known, this would be my demise.
I hold it up and allow the angels to look down at it,
I make a silent cheer to myself as I remove the lid.
Here's to a new life, to a lovely escape! The pleas of everyone vibrate against the sealed, trembling door.
Pitifully begging me to stay for at least another day.
My heart painfully beats again,
Reminding me of my current state.I'm sorry Mother,
Forgive me Father,
You all have my deepest apologies,
My greatest companions. But I have lost this wretched battle,
so I must face my punishment.
Before I drink my freedom,
A small whisper emits,
"Who would've thought that defeat tastes so... Delightful?"I drink savagely as if I were deprived of liquid for days,
A salty inferno consumes my throat as I lay down on the tarnished ground,
and say my final goodbye.地獄今日は。
