Another morning came upon their world and it's another day of work for the wizards. Every famiglias are starting to open their houses, a sign for the townpeople that requests are being accepted.

In a small alley, dark and somehow eerie, there was a man crouching in pain as blood keep on flowing from his chest.

"I should have asked help. Stupid me." He sarcastically smiled while scolding himself. He was about to pass out when someone run towards him.

"Hunter! What happened to you?! You look horrible!" A girl with short orange hair helped him up, carefully touching his wounded chest.

"Leigh, what're you doing here?" Hunter softly said. Slowly loosing his consciousness. And not long, his vision became black.

Leigh's POV

I was walking down the street, greeting some people passing by, when I smelled blood in the air. The villagers passing by were all okay. At first, I thought it was only a smell of an animal's blood but soon I realized, it smell like someone I know. I run everywhere just to find where the scent comes from. Even the plants were uneasy.

My feet started to become numb as I catch my breath when someone's voice came from a dark alley. I quickly walked towards the place and found a person, a friend.

"Hunter! What happened to you?! You look horrible!" I exclaimed as I saw my friend bleeding in pain. He was covered with bruises all over his body and I noticed his wounded chest. I took pity on him and soon, he lost his consciousness. I almost panicked thinking he was dead but when I checked his pulse, he was okay. I sighed in relief and decided to carry him in my guild.

People stared at us with pity when we walked through the town. Fortunately, my famiglia is not that far. After a few walks, I reached my home.

"Leigh! Who's that?!" One of my guild mates exclaimed. The boys helped me in carrying hunter towards the infirmary. Our famiglia nurse took care of him and not too long, he opened his eyes.

"Where am I?" He asked while blinking his eyes.

"Hunter! You alright?" I asked him. I know, it's a stupid question because clearly, he's badly wounded.

"Yeah. Thanks." He softly murmured.

"What happened to you? How did you get these wounds?" My friend, who's beside me, asked him full of worry and sympathy.

"Uhm, Hunter, this is Ara fire. Ara fire, this is Hunter Wakefield." I introduced them to each other. They both nodded. "He's with the Red Sun." I added. Her mouth formed an o shape and bowed deeply.

"Kunichiwa! My name is Ara Fire. A mage with Blue Fire and an A level at Blue Dragons Famiglia. A pleasure meeting you, Mind Master." She said with adoration.

"Nice meeting you too, Blue Phoenix." He smiled to her. She was shocked that he knew her name and just nodded two times.

"You know, you two are hilarious! Ha-ha!" I laughed at them. They both glared at me then laughed.

"So she's on the same level as you. I didn't know there are other mages as strong as you." He mocked me.

"We're both strong in our own way and strategies. And we both have positive minds." Ara butted in. He looked at her, confused.

"What positive?" He asked. I was about to answer his question when an explosion happened outside the guild. Me and Ara run towards the entrance and saw our gates scattered in pieces.

"Who did this?! Show yourself!" Ore Wolfvines, one of our guild mates and on the same level as me and Ara, shouted at the intruder.

"Sorry for blowing up your gates. I can't open it so I just blew it off." A girl with light purple hair walked out of the commotion. She was holding a sword and her right eye was covered by a ribbon.

"Is that..." Ara mumbled. I looked at the silhouette again and I just realized who she is.

"Arca? Is that you?" I questioned. She walked towards us and we saw her face clearer than before.

"Why did you blew up our gate?! Do you know how much it will cost for a repair?!" Ara shouted in frustration.

"Well, nothing new. She has her way." I shook my head at Arca.

"You! You need to pay for the damage you made!" Ore reprimanded her.

"Okay. Is it okay if I pay with my body?" She said. We were all shocked while Ore was red all over.

"I can clean the dishes if you want." She added. Me and Ara looked at each other and laughed hysterically. The people around us started to laugh also. While Arca is maintaining a poker face Ore looks like he's gonna cry soon out of embarrassment.

"Y-yeah, s-s-sure." He stuttered which made us laugh more. No one ever made him so speechless like that. Not even me and Ara who had a really strong and sharp tongue if I may say, only Arca did it.

"Well, well well, looks like you've got a true nemesis here. Our friend seems to match you very well." Ara smirked at them. He just glared at her and walked out.

Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

Sure he is full of pride and have a high ego. Let's see if Arca can demolish those.

*insert evil smile here*
