Bex is thinking to herself who's blood is this? How did it get here? Then she sees Colby in the bathroom. She walks up to him and says, "Honey where are you bleeding from?! It's everywhere!"
"I just cut my arm on the mantle piece. I'm fine. Don't worry, it's just a cut." So Bex gives Colby a big bandage and some rubbing alcohol. He puts the rubbing alcohol on there and then puts on the bandage. They both get dressed and head out for breakfast. They go to a fancy place called Fancy Breakfast. They end up getting some strawberry and blueberry pancakes with some chocolate and grape syrup. Bex and Colby eat and as they ate, Colby starts cough and can't seem to stop. He drinks the water, but he doesn't stop coughing. So Bex takes Colby to the hospital. The doctors take him in.
Bex is so worried for Colby. She hopes he will be ok. The doctor run tests on him. And she has to wait a couple of days for the results to come in. She waits day by day for the results to come in. And finally they come in! The doctor says, "I have some bad news. Colby has........" Their is a long pause. "Has cancer! :("
"But I thought they had tested him for cancer and he didn't have any?"
"They must not have checked all the way. I'm sorry, but he does indeed have cancer." Bex and Colby start crying. They are both devastated about this, especially Colby. Bex and Colby can't keep their tears from coming out. They just want this bad dream to be over.
