"What's up Avidan?" Arin said, shaking Danny's hand. Danny chuckled.

They both walked to 2nd period, Suzy going to a different classroom. Danny waved bye to her. "What are you dating her or something?" Danny laughed awkwardly. "No no, we're just close friends." Arin nodded. "She's cool. We have a lot in common." Danny nodded. "Really? Then we probably have a lot in common as well."

Arin's eyes widened. "What do you like?"

"Well, I like rock music, video games, I write some songs..." Danny drifted off awkwardly. "That's awesome dude, I love video games too!"

Danny smiled widely.

They talked a lot during class, ignoring the teacher's warnings. Danny suddenly didn't feel so alone. He felt that the hole in his heart was filled. It couldn't be Arin, right? It couldn't be.

Danny spent most of the class staring at Arin as he spoke to him. When the teacher warned them to stop talking, they just passed little sticky notes. Danny felt warmer when Arin would stick the note on his arm.

Arin started to softly laugh uncontrollably, and frantically started writing on a sticky note. Dan held all of the sticky notes that Arin gave him and put them in his pocket with a small smile. Arin stuck another note on Danny's back when he wasn't looking.

Danny was staring ahead at the teacher, who was going over school rules, like they always do at the beginning of the year. Arin was trying so hard not to laugh by burying his face in his hands. Danny looked at him in confusion. "What is it?"

Danny heard people laughing behind him and felt on his back with his hand. The teacher was eyeing him between the sentences he was reading. When Dan could reach the note on his back, he took it and read it.

Danny has a blank stare. Arin started laughing uncontrollably. The note said "i like 2 suck dick lol"

"Arin, really" Dan said. Everyone was laughing now, the teacher was pissed and started yelling at them both.

Suzy, Arin, and Danny all sat at the same lunch table. Arin and Danny wouldn't stop talking and making dumb jokes. Suzy listened to them with a smirk. "Damn, look at you two lovebirds, chattin up a storm."

Arin looked at Suzy with wide eyes. Danny blushed and looked away at something else and laughed. "Very funny, Suzy." Arin laughed awkwardly, and stood up to go get some water.

Suzy raised her eyebrows at Dan. Dan slowly looked back at Suzy. "What."

"You liiiike Arin don't you."

"No i- no- i- NO." Danny stuttered. "How you could think that what no."

Danny looked up to where Arin was getting water. Arin was looking straight at him, but turned frantically when he saw Dan looking back.

Suzy laughed. "You totally like him! You've only known him for a day!"

Danny shook his head frantically, "N o no no no.." He got up and started to walk to his next class, his face a bright red.
