author's note: tbh i need characters for London and Cassie. Welp!

"Wait let's check out the football field!" Kathy suggested as Cass pulls her like a child.

"It's HUGE guys! Come on!" she insisted.

"We are running out of time, Lady! The opening ceremony might be even over when we get there." Cassie says exasperatedly and Katherine fixes her posture and starts walking following my lead.

Five minutes left and the ceremony might be over. This is not your typical high school at all. A one hour opening ceremony with tons of buildings and fields to explore; this is mad. Finally, noises coming from that huge dome; the auditorium, not your typical auditorium. I hand signalled them to follow me and entered the building together.

As we entered, there were people on the stage doing a production number and everyone, mostly girls, were screaming and waving their hands above the air. We tried looking for available seats and sadly, the chairs are located at the front. Good grief lord. We braced ourselves and push pass by the students that stood in our way. I actually elbowed someone, unintentionally.

Alas! We have gotten a seat and all those pushing paid off.

We enjoyed ourselves with the production number and after it, a man with grey hair went towards the podium. He tapped the microphone making sure he is heard.

"So, as said before, may we have our freshman representative for the speech."

Oh no. I forgot, this is such a humiliation. Being called and such. I am never going up there and giving some speech.

"Is Ms. Paris here or not so you all just scurry down to your class." he made his voice louder and it made everyone stiff, except for the two with me.

Please don't say I'm here.

I closed my eyes tightly, chanting the same thing all over.

"She's here! Yoohoo here!"

Katherine shouts pointing at me. I opened my eyes and glared at her. I had no choice and went up the podium.

"GO LONDON!" she loudly cheers and everyone gave weird looks. Does she even have any shame left on her poor soul?

"Today marks the day into further getting to the future we want. Whether it's to be a teacher, doctor, janitor, or some plain NEET." the room chuckled and I mentally slapped myself for saying things on top of my head.

"We should start focusing and also enjoy moments like this. I, your first year representative, welcome you and enjoy your journey at Waldensen High." I bowed and left the podium.

My palms met my face as I sit myself the whole orientation. Little did I know, I had fallen asleep.

I slammed my locker door shut. People around gave me the eye and I couldn't help myself but roll my eyes at them. I started my pace and headed for the grassy green field of this school. It felt like a thousand miles getting there with most of the students lying down whether having a picnic or simply doing inappropriate actions. You know what I mean here.

Finally, after a long while of pacing back and forth, I see two squandrels having an enjoyable chit chat as they eat with their lunch boxes. What a cute sight that I can't bear to watch right now with my boiling anger for being left behind. They might have felt a dark aura behind them and indeed their intuitions were right to look behind. Seeing a very pissed off friend with arms folded and with a very intensifying glare.

"How was the orientation to the office?" Katherine mocked as she tried holding out her fits of laughter

I glared at her. "You really do enjoy times where I have to get in trouble."

"Especially when it's a day made for you." Cassie added

"And you even have to scare the crap out of us with those eyes." and they both laughed like little pieces of meat.

I sighed and sat between the two of them, taking out my lunch which was fried squid and rice.

Katherine had a disgusted look plastered on her face and Cassie pinched her nose.

"You can have some of mine, London." Cass offered.

"Got a problem with my choice of lunch you meats? Make me one then." I stared at them intensifyingly.

"You never fail to make us laugh with that 'intensifying glare' of yours." Kathy said and laughed throughout all lengths of the field.

"That's enough of making fun of, London. And besides, your laughing habits is getting out of hand, Katherine. If you keep being loud like this, people will think of you as a whacked-up nutbrain.", then Katherine stopped laughing as she told her that. She finally will stop and I sighed in relief.

I looked at Katherine and seeing her sulken face, she isn't going to stop until someone retorts about a friend.

"If you isolate yourself from having any fun once in a while, you'll grow old early and have tons of wrinkle on your face." I said aiming it towards a friend with brown hair that reaches towards her back.

"Indeed Cassie! Look at your face, its forming little wrinkly wrinkles." Cassie glares at me and I gave her a smile as I took a bite from my sandwich whilst Katherine faces a mirror to Cassie's face.

"Oh will you just shut up and eat! I wasted my whole money just for a beauty care and you're bringing me down again!"

And with those weird conversations, we laughed at each other for our stupidity and immature behaviour over such nonsense. We took our laughing habits a bit too far, that's for sure.

"Could you bitches just turn the fuse within you!" someone from the distance said aloud.

We faced the direction of the voice and holy meat! Hot gorgeous boys alert. They could melt you away with those perfect toned body and hell with their hair and damn with all of it they are the perfect definition of PERFECT.

"Oh shut up! It's lunch time and who cares!? Not like you could stop us from doing what we want. Its a free country man! I could care less of what you want us to do. You shut your mouth instead and leave the hell out of here you dipshits who just want to lay somebody down!"

"The hell, Katherine!" Cassie said and slapped her at the back. I came back to my senses and crap they came close to us.

Cassie gave out the innocence charm and Kathy looked like she was about to kill someone with the look she had. The three boys looked at us and gave a sly smirk.

The guy with brown messy hair had Kathy by the chin, locking gazes with her and smirked. "You're some feisty little girl, huh?"

She grabbed hold of his arm and grinned "not like one of your whores, sucker."

"Kathy, you should stop now." I said trying to get a hold of her arm. Two guys haulted us to not do so and I stood to their level, so did Cass.

"You girls have some guts, huh?" the guy with jet black hair said.

"We're sorry but I think my friend is the one at right. Like the time is really---"

"Shut up." Cass jumped in surprise and that got me pissed.

"You girls should know that we are your seniors and you should know how to respect us."

Kathy snorted. "You should at least show respect to yourselves before we learn to respect you."

"Kathy stop." Cass warned

"Not like you're some all high and mighty dudes in this campus." she added not even heeding Cass' words.

"Oh but we are, freshman." the brown haired guy retorted

Oh my dear lord this day is so not good. I facepalmed also without realizing, the guy with blonde hair, did too.
