When I turned 12, I remember telling my best guy friend "everybody's gonna have a boyfriend except me" and he promised "I'll be your boyfriend if you don't have on when you turn 16" and I thought of it as a joke. Couple of months ago I turned 16 and had a sweet 16 of course I invited him, he was my best friend and always comforted through everything. During my party,he told me to go out and reminded me of his promise and said " Whatever happens we'll always be friends but i wanna try to be more than friends, so let's try?
