The High School Story

Freshman year: part one

Today was a day filled with the smell of dew and cut grass, I awoken to this. Then as I proceeded to get out of bed and went down to eat breakfast, after this I went out the door to meet my friends. As we were chatting a flash of light occurred, a 50 meter sized human, loomed over us he stared at us with such malice and smashed through our wall, and on that day I was reminded on how it was like to be trapped in a cage.
"What the hell!?"
I said as I fell off my bed, that by far was one of the weirdest dreams I had ever had! I thought to myself as I lifted myself off the floor. When I finally got to my feet I looked around my room for any sign that I was still dreaming, nope everything was in place: my posters, my clock, my clothes, my television, and my window.
"What time is it?"
I said out loud as i looked at my clock which read "9:30"
"Oh shoot! I'm going to be late for school!"
I said as I ran into the shower and took a 10 minute shower (an amazing accomplishment if I say so myself) then I ran to put on my clothes a black shirt some jeans my headband (the classic attire) I then put some toast into the toaster, and prepared my backpack as the toast popped up I grabbed it midair and smeared jelly on it. As I was about to head out the door; I remembered an important item my phone! I checked it to see I had received a message from Crystal
"Hey where are you don't be late you jerk!"
Man how I love that woman... I wouldn't be able to actually tell her that but you know maybe if there is a chance where she falls and I pick her up and act all valiantly and say
"Hey I saw you fall, let me pick you up"
She would look into my eyes and say
"Pick me up always"
To which we would kiss kiss fall in love and live happily ever after.
"Ah that would be great... Oh wait school!"
I said as I put my toast in my mouth and ran out the door. I ran faster than the fastest fast, I saw my objective in front of me the bus stop and there already waiting were my friends I waved hi to them before I ran into the pole of said bus stop.
"Why is this pole over here!?"
I said as My friend's girlfriend looked around at me,

"It's my pole"
She said smiling at me
"Um ok then Karen"
I said as I got up to my feet
"Hey Xeon why do you have a piece of toast hanging from your mouth?"
My friend kerzon asked
"Because I didn't really have time to stay home and eat"
I said as I finished my toast
"Oh speaking of which I need to introduced you fine gentleman to my sister she is going to be a foreign exchange student from Japan her name is Ka!"
Karen said introducing us to her sister
"It's Ka Whi to be exact and oh こん I am going to be an idol one day!"
"An idol with what assets?"
I said as I looked at her skirt
"Wha! What the hell do you think you're doing! ばか!"
As this Ka Whi proceeded to hit me upside the head
"Honestly you deserved that Xeon"
My friend Coolblue said
"Yea says the guy who can't even talk to Lidia"
"Hey that's not a big deal! But anyway guys remember middle school" Coolblue said
"Yea don't remind me"
"I am going with him"
I said as I agreed with Kerzon. The bus had arrived as we finished talking, we all began to board the bus as I saw all these familiar faces as well as some new ones. This is it I should act all suave to become popular now allow me to proceed
"Sup there guy"
"Shut up Xeon"
"Heyyyyy Stacy!"
"Sup nerd"
"#5, #5F see you two are as friendly as ever"
"Who are you again?"
Man this is not really going as planned as I noticed a familiar face waving at me
"Xeviar sit here!"
Crystal said as she pointed to her seat (I really hate my real name but I mean I don't mind if she calls me by that).
"Hey crystal!"
"Heyy"
She said smiling at me
"So um how was your summer!?"
"Oh it was ok you know vacations and stuff"
"Oh that's cool I um just stayed home heh"
"Yea I know you told me everyday"
Crystal said giggling.
"Oh right heh so yea nice seeing you"
I said nervously
"Aw thanks buddy"
She said as I could feel my heart shattering to like a million pieces, buddy!? Did she call me buddy!? No this can't be I can't be put in this dreaded place! Called the friendzone I hear no one escapes here. Wait maybe she just said it you know maybe she might have some feelings for me, come on at least a little I mean look at me I'm like eye candy!
