CROPS!!!
Also:
· People flapping around when they ride
· Asking a horse to do something that aggravates or physically pains them
· Using a saddle that doesn't fit right, just because "it's pretty"
· Giving the horse conflicting cues & getting mad when they start rearing/bucking
· Etc.
