“SADIE, you won’t believe what I just heard! Forrest Stacy is coming to our school!”

I rolled my eyes at my best friend, Gina Perry as she jumped up and down in front of me.

“What kind of stupid name is Forrest Stacy?” I retorted as I closed my locker and headed for my next class.

“Forrest Stacy is not a stupid name! How could you say that?” Gina cried as she began to follow me. “He’s only like the most famous and cutest teen actor on earth!”

“Most famous and cutest teen actor on earth? My ass. Then why is he coming to our school?” I retorted.

Gina pouted and replied, “Eh, who cares? All that matters is that we get to bask in his hotness- something which you wouldn’t understand.”

I rolled my eyes. Gina was my one of my best friends, but she never really understood me. No one understood me.

I was just an honest-to-heart tomboy. I spent most of my time hanging out with guys just to talk… when everyone else thought that I was some slut trying to get attention or some chick that had a crush on them.

“Just wondering, who does this Forrest Stacy look like?” I asked curiously.

Gina smiled and exclaimed, “This has to be the first time that Sadie Harris asked me a question like this!”

“Wow Gina, I just want to know,” I replied.

Gina squealed, “Okay, okay! He has dirty blond hair and the most amazing green eyes!”

“You better not be talking about Forrest Stacy.” We both turned around to see Rachael James.

Rachael James was one of the most popular girls at school and by popular meaning, she’s known by everyone… for all the wrong reasons. She used to be this girlfriend of an actor and then he supposedly dumped her and the media went crazy with the story.

“Get a life, Rachael,” Gina retorted, “No one gives a crap about what you don’t want to hear.”

“Whatever, I just want to clarify that Forrest is mine.”

I laughed, “As if he would fall for a witch like you.”

Rachael smiled and said, “He did before that’s why he’s coming back… to get more,” before she left us.

“What a b-,” I said before a bunch of fan girl screams interrupted me. I looked around and soon noticed that Gina disappeared into the crowd of girls rushing towards the entrance of the school.

I laughed as made my way against the crowd to my journalism class.
