Day #32

This is Captain Annabelle Scott of the USS Athena. First of all, I'd like to apologize for my actions during the last transmission. Getting drunk was a stupid idea - but we've got so much time, so little to do, and none of us have seen home in a month. It was to keep us sane.

Onto the actual mission report; Clark discovered a debris cloud in the way of our trajectory. We shouldn't be hitting it for a couple of days, so we're simply going to maneuver out of the way ahead of time. But we've no idea how it got there. Even the Ceres base is too far away for there to be any form of excess floating about over here.

Speaking of distances, actually, we've reached the halfway point. Mars is in sight and the station is just on the other side. Not long now before we can turn around and come home. Provided nothing is wrong with Ceres, that is.

I will send another report the moment we know more.

Annabelle, out.
