step brother

Chapter 1-we drive up a long driveway and park our car in front of a brown house. it was big and was built on a huge hill. i walk to the door while listening to my mom keep telling me to be on my best behavior and to respect her new boyfriend Ronald. they didn't want to get married , so my mom just moved it and she said that is the only thing that will change, oh and also that i will have three step siblings. I know it's not technically step unless my mom marries Ronald, but its easier then calling them my mom's boyfriends daughter or son. Lizzy is the only girl, she's 10, very short and is obsessed with Justin Bieber. Logan is a video game nerd, he loves Minecraft , call of duty and many other games. i play video games but my life doesn't revolve around them. Logan is a year younger than me, 13 years old. lastly Jake, he is 21 and he is a blond just like me. he is hilarious and owns a hot dog stand. I have to admit I am currently crushing on him. even though he is like almost my brother and way older than me, I'm still acting like a complete fool around him. Ronald is strict and is a little more harder on me and my brother than his kids. My brother , Alex, is super annoying. me and my mom fight a lot, i have always wanted to live with my dad, but my mom doesn't let me because she wouldn't get child support.

my bedroom is on the top floor and it's a good size, luckily i don't have to share a room, like my brother does. I had to paint it though and fix it up because it used to be Jake's old room. Jake isn't always here, sometimes he is at his mom's house, oh and another reason why i shouldn't be crushing on him is because he has a son with his ex. i know right , i am so stupid, why do I always go for older guys that i know ill never get. my room looks cozier, with no holes in the walls and the baby blue instead of the dirty lime green. even though green was my favorite color , it should never be on your wall!  

Another reason why it is wrong to like him is he has been in and out of jail for drug possession. My mom personally doesn't like him, but she has to put up with him because she lives with Ronald, and barley pays him a dime. I personally think she uses them, but sometime she looks happy with him. They fight a lot, but he mainly argues with me and my brother.

Chapter 2- I have lived with Ronald and his kids for a year now. Jake just moved back from NYC a week ago. school is almost over and summer is soon beginning. I'm not sure if I am excited for high school or scared, but either way I have to hurry up and prepare because I'm starting in less than four months. Jake doesn't come back until Tuesday. when I got home I did my homework and chores and just watched episodes of Pretty Little Liars that i missed. 

The weekend flew by, even though we got an extra day because it was memorial day. The only thing that was interesting during the weekend was my dad got a hot tub and we had a cook out.

Chapter 3- I walk into the noisy lunch room, me and me friends normally come in late because we don't like being surrounded by a hundred obnoxious kids. I got my lunch a sat with my best friends, that I normally sit with every day. Anna is kinda like the one I hang out with the most. Macy likes to read and write, she kinda nerdy but very nice. Alexis is into black, but not too much. Cassie is the crazy funny one. And I'm the tall  blond that's shy and always feels judged. 

"hey, so are you coming out to Kimble's with us Friday after school?" Anna asked.

"um, I think I can go, but I cant sleep over because I have to get my braces tighten Saturday."I said.

" okay that's fine, hey what sport are you doing for high school?"

"I'm doing girls volleyball in the fall, you?'

"Field hockey."

"again?"

"yea."

"but don't you want to try a new sport. maybe you should do volleyball with me."
