-make sure you drink some water
-eat a bit of food, an apple/other fruit or a granola bar or some yogurt
-take a warm shower
-take any pills you need to take if you have any
-take some deep breaths
-take a break from whatever you're doing right now
-go lie down for a bit, naps are great
-open the blinds/curtains, natural light is important
-go outside if you can
-breathe.you are amazing and wonderful, you can make it. I know you can because you are so strong and brave. take it day by day and you can get through whatever you're dealing with.
