As I'm following them, i feel a wave of guilt pass through my stomach..

Why am i doing this?

I noticed that they were silent for a second. Mackenzie looks back and forward, making sure no one is around. I ducked quietly, so they won't see me. Mackenzie spoke.

''Well Brandon, i can help you get Nikki out of your hair'' She says sweetly.

''I told you, Mackenzie, i don't want Nikki away...'' he said tiredly

''Aww... come on Brandon, we're perfect for each other. Please don't like that dork!'' She said sadly

''Sorry'' He said then he walked in my direction. OMG!

I tried to walk quietly away, but he already spotted me.

''Oh...hi'' Brandon said.

''Um..hey''

Silence.

''Well, is there anything you wanna tell me?'' I said pointedly

''Um..yeah''

I wait patiently for him to continue.

''I'm sorry about blowing you off yesterday, but i was just so mad at Mackenzie.'' he said

''Why?''

''Because she told me she would.... humiliate you if she didn't get what she wanted.''

Wow, she's really that mean

I didn't want her to make you miserable, so i agreed to go on a date with her. So i had to rush to go there. That's why i had to go so quickly. I'm sorry'' He said

''You did that for me?'' I asked

''Well, i was just looking out for you''

Awwwh.....

''I'm so glad that's over, i hope she isn't up to something'' I said

''Well, you wanna meet again at Crazy Burger?''

''Sure'' I said excitedly.

I'm still hoping that one day when he finally gets the nerves to ask me out

Hahaha! Like that's gonna happen! (I wish)

I gotta go, gotta get ready for our ''date''.

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
