Ezra and I were getting pretty serious. But nothing really changed , as always since the day we met, we just clicked like we were meant to be together. I woke up this morning to my phone vibrating on the table. I peeled myself off the sheets a stumbled over to the counter. It was a text, from Ezra

it was are anniversary so I put on somthing other then jeans and a sweater.I put on my white lace dress and my favorite boots. then I went into the bathroom and did my hair. there wasn't much to do with it so I just put it in a pony tail and put on a little bit of makeup. I text Ezra I was on my way and I was out the door. I got to his apartment, 3B, took a deep breath and knocked on the door. would he like my gift? Would he even remember its are anniversary? my thoughts and were interrupted by the sound of the door opening. I saw that face, god damn I thought I was over this but yet again I took one glance at those perfect goddamned eyes and I was putty in his hands.
"Aria?" I was pulled back to reality with a soft kiss on the lips I entered his apartment and it smelled like... pancakes? no! Ezra didn't know how to make them but surprisingly they were there on the table along with with a daises in the middle of it. I couldn't help but smile. "you look gorgeous!" Ezra said smiling with his boyish grin pulling me in closer. "I got something for you." I said pulling away from our kiss. "oh really?" he said with a boyish grin again I loved that smile, that perfect smile. we both sat down and enjoyed are pancakes and talked for hours. Ezra looked at the clock "crap! were late!" I took notice of the word "were". "what do you mean were late?" I said smiling "now that, I cant tell you." he rushed to gather his stuff. while Ezra pulled my arm with force but not so much that it hurt but so I couldn't get out of his grip. I looked behind me laughing "but I haven't eaten all my breakfast!" "not time!" we laughed and I got into his car, we only drove 5 miles before stopping."were here!" he said looking at me smiling. "what do you mean were here were in the middle of the road!" we both laughed wile he handed me a stack of papers.
"now you start running from over there and then when you get here," he pointed gesturing were I was to stop "and then you're gonna through the papers into the air ok?" he gave me a kiss and ran off before I could even object to what he said. so I started running and then through the papers into the air. I saw him and I knew what was going on, he was creating are first date! I could tell that he had all the lines he had said that day memorized I started smiling wide. "I think you lost your- before he could even finish the sentence I ran up and kissed him. We started walking and he took me to the empire state building just like we had done before. we talked for hours looking at the the skyline. Finally he looked at my with those eyes and said "I got something for you."
