What's the best place to go visit to learn about history?

A museum of course!

In case any of you "modern" kids have no idea what I'm talking about, a museum is an institution that cares for (conserves) a collection of artifacts and other objects of scientific, artistic, cultural, or historical importance and makes them available for public viewing through exhibits that may be permanent or temporary...okay so I may have snatched that definition from Wikipedia, but hopefully you get the gist.

So to the story! Once upon a time, on a beautiful fall day, a young man strolled casually down the sidewalk. His arm was raised in the air and in his hand was an iPhone 5. The small lens was facing towards him and his bright cheery face was grinning and talking back to it. Other citizens who passed him glanced at him in bewilderment. What in the world was that man doing? Talking to a phone? Had he lost his mind?

"Thanks for watching!" the man said to his phone. "Bless your face. If you sneezed during this video, bless you! Peace off!

"BA-DA-DO-DO-DO-DO-DO-DO-DO-SUBSCRIBE!!!"

More people glanced at him. He noticed this, but didn't seem to be affected negatively. Instead, he threw his head back and laughed.

"Everyone thinks I'm crazy!" he chuckled. "Umm...where was I up to...AHA!"

He covered the lens of his iPhone with his finger and exclaimed, "OUTRO OF DARKNESS, THEN REDNESS..." Then he removed his finger. "THEN WHITENESS! THEN...BOOP!"

He tapped the record button on the screen and returned his phone to his jeans' pocket.

"Well, that was fun," he said to himself.

Tucking his hands into the pockets of his jacket, he continued walking. He was on his own this day, so he had no-one else to talk to. That didn't bother him however. He seemed to enjoy the pleasure of his own company pretty well. So well that his pace had reduced to below normal and he was taking the time to dart his light brown eyes around his surroundings, admiring the season that was Fall.

But this was suddenly interrupted when...

"OH MY GOD! TOBY TURNER, TOBY TURNER, TOBY TURNER!!!"

The squealing voice was coming from behind him. Recognising his name, Toby Turner, he looked back to see a young girl of no more than twelve running towards him, pushing past other people just to get to him.

"An Audience member?" he said, as soon as she reached him. "It's nice to meet you, fellow Buscus!"

"Oh my god, it's been my dream to meet you!" she said in a hurry. "My name's Mavis and I'm eleven and I absolutely LOVE your videos! Literally I've watched every one of them and me and my friends are so obsessed with you and..."

She continued to gabble on...and on and on. Toby was having a hard time trying to follow what she was saying, but he smiled at her politely all the while.

"Oh god, I'm going to be late visiting my friend at this rate!" Mavis suddenly realised. "She's going to be so jealous when she hears about this...oh, Toby? Can I have a picture of us two together? So I can prove to my friend that I met you?"

"Of course you can!" he said. "Anything for a devoted fan like you."

He gave her a little wink and Mavis' smile turned so wide that it was starting to hurt her cheeks. None-the-less, she took her own phone out and took a picture of her and Toby together.

"Okay, bye Toby!" said Mavis and hurried off.

Feeling happy inside from this meeting, Toby started walking again. If you don't know, Toby Turner, also known as Tobuscus, is a YouTube partner. That means he makes videos on YouTube and is paid when people click on the adverts by his videos. Simple as that. And because he makes some pretty amazing videos, he's now a YouTube celebrity. And Mavis is a prime example of one of his fangirls. The one thing Toby loved about his job was making people like her happy. To put a smile on peoples faces put a smile on his too.
