Chapter 5:did they approve??

I got up and today for some reason it was cold outside even though I live in la. But what I wore was a white hoodie,black pants,and my black high tops. I did my makeup and straightened my hair. I went down the stairs and ate some frosted flakes for breakfast. Once I finished my cereal I asked my parents the question.
"Hey mom, dad uh I have a question for you" "what is it honey ?" They both said. " well I gave Taylor swift my cell number and her agent called me asking me if I wanted to sign with her, would that be fine?" I asked them.
They paused for about what seemed like forever. They finally said " will it interfere with school?" " no" I said. "Ok then" " thank you guys I love you so much!!!" I said to them.

Angels dads POV

I'm happy for my daughter but I'm still unsure about the school thing. She could fail all of her tests because she's so focused on her music  career . But I guess I will have to find out if that will actually happen. "Can I sign with her?" She asked. When she said that I was in shock and I could tell my wife was too. She told us it wouldn't effect her daily life so we said yes. She thanked us which made me happy. So that means she'll have songs on the radio and we won't see her as much. That makes me sad but I'm still so proud of her. It's just that she's all grown up. I'm still very proud of her. She is very talented.

Angels POV

I'm so happy that my parents said yes. Now I get to hang out with my idol in less than 24 hours because I got a callback from her agent saying I start tomorrow. I have to tell my friends about this. I opened up my group chat on Kik to tell them.

I got on my mint green backpack and ran out the door to school. Once I got to school I saw Cody but he didn't see me. I ran up to him,jumped onto his back and said "guess who" "uh let me think...Angel" he said. "Ah man, you got it right" the bell rang. I quickly ran to my homeroom. Once I started science I started doing the experiment. I was lab partners with Victoria the most popular girl in school. I accidentally spilt my potion. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry!" "You should be,I will get revenge" she said looking mad. Now I was scared to see what will happen next at school tomorrow.
