After our little intimate moment, Michonne walked in.
"Hey, fighter." She says to me, using her nickname.
"Hey," I say, sitting abruptly.
"Woah, woah. Calm down. You're still injured." Michonne says, with a hard stare which then softens. She motions to Carl to leave the room.
"So, Carl?" She says and smirks.
"What about him?" I chuckle nervously.
"Don't think I didn't hear what was going on from outside." She smiled subtly.
I laughed whole heartedly, then after a while, her mood calmed down.
"Michonne, are we going to stay here for a while?" I ask.
She pauses for a moment and strokes my hair sympathetically.
"I hope so, Maureen." She says.
"I want to live here with everyone. I want to see Judy grow up." I say, contemplating the possibilities of a future.
"Me too, sweetheart." She says as she gets up, planting a kiss to my forehead. "Get some rest, okay?"
"Okay," I say, falling into a deep sleep.
