Chapter 1 : New school

                                              Jess's POV:

                          I have to start a new school ...yay I'm honestly nervous because what if the people are assholes or I don't make friends or worse I drop out and become a crazy hippie! Okay that will never happen but still school starting a new school is very scary. And I don't think I can handle it especially high school. You know what, I need to stop worrying myself. It's just tenth grade nothing can't possibly go wrong in tenth grade.  I walk out of already dressed and ready in my uniform and I call my mom. I tell her I'm ready. Than we walk out the house and get in the car so she can take me to school. While we're in the car she ask me " Are you ready for your first day?". I answer her question with a simple no. We pull in to the school parking lot and I tell my mom I love her then I walk in to my new school .

                          My school was rather small, so it was really easy to find the office. I walk in to the office and told them that I was new. They then asked if my name was Jess, and I just nodded. I then  received my schedule, and they had told me to wait for this guy name Jake, so he can show me around the school. Then this really tall guy with blue/green eyes walked in .. Wow he is actually pretty cute. "Hey I'm Jake and I guess I will show you around." He tells me and oh my god, I need to be calm. I have to  try to be less nervous and not stutter. "O-okay." I stutter. Damn it! I stuttered when I wasn't going to.  Way to go Jess. We walk out the office so he can show me around the school and help me out pretty much with everything. "So this is New Millennium, and there is really not that much to show you." He laughs. I laugh also. "It's okay." I tell him softly and he smiles. "So what's your name again, sorry?" He ask me. "Oh, my name is Jess." I tell him and he smiles, let me tell this guy smile is really cute and nice. "Cool, so what's your first class?" He ask me. "World Geography." I tell him. Ugh, I already see that were at the classroom. "Oh well we're here then." He laughs and I frown because I didn't want to stop talking to him. "Well bye and good luck." He smiles and I smiled back. Then he walks away. I knock on the door and waited for the teacher to open it. The teacher opens the door and I walk in and I took a seat in the back, time to learn sadly.

                          "That's the end of this class you may leave when the bell rings." The teacher tells the class and everyone literally runs out the classroom when the bell rings.  I walk to my next period which was English with Mrs.Myers. Well she sounds cool. I walk in to the classroom and Mrs.Myers assigns me to sit next to a short girl with really curly hair. "Hi." She smiles and I turn to her and stutter out a hi. I really need to stop stuttering. "So your new here?" She asks me. "Yeah I am." I tell her and she smiles again. Wow she smiles a lot. "Oh you will like here there is a lot of cute boys and the teachers are nice." She tells me and I laugh. "So what's your name?" I ask her. I need to make one friend and she seems pretty nice. "Leah, how about you?" She says. "Jess." I tell her and she smiles. "Cool name." She tells me and I laugh.

                          English class was really fun because Leah was really funny and Mrs.Myers was crazy, but a good crazy. "So who is your advisory teacher?" Leah ask me and I look at my schedule to see advisory is next. "Oh, it's Almstedt" I tell her. "I have him too!" She smiles happily and I smile happy too because I won't be alone. We walk into advisory and we were the first ones there. But five minutes later other students started coming in. Our teacher was talking about the school rules and colleges and honestly I wish this class could go by faster so it could be lunch time already. "Alright class, the bell is about to ring so you can relax for five minutes." The class started talking and playing on their phones for five minutes and than the bell started ringing and everyone ran out the classroom..again. 

                          -Lunch time-
                          "So do you like anyone here?" Leah ask me with a smirk evident in her face. "Well.. I think this boy is cute." I tell her and her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. "Who?" she smiles. "Jake." I say and she smiles and claps her hand excitedly. Now I see why her and Mrs.Myers get along really well. "Awe! You like him! He is cute and pretty nice but there are a lot of sluts that likes to follow him..a lot. But you two would be goals!!!!" She tells me and I frown because he might possibly be taken by on of those girls. "But good thing he single." She says and I don't frown anymore since I heard good news, I guess. "Well what are you waiting for go say hi!" She tells me and I shake my head. "Hell no I might do something stupid." I whisper and she laughs. "It's okay. It's a part of life to go interact with other humans." She tells and she sounds crazy right now because there is no way I'm saying hi. "Nope I'm good." I tell her and she laughs. "Come on it won't be so bad." She tells me and I decide I will do it. "Okay." I mumble and she smiles again. We were walking towards him and I guess he already noticed me because he smiled and waved. "Hey Jess." He says with a smile. "Hey." I smiled back and then I kept walking casually and so me and Leah can go to store. Wow. That went well, I thought to myself. Maybe this year will be a good year.
