Chapter 5: Glad To Un-Charm You Pt. 2

Lizzie ran to her dorm in a pool of tears. Lizzie was born for hearts, and hers was broken. She flung herself onto her pillow and cried.

Duchess walked in, chatting on her MirrorPhone. "Look Sparrow, just don't tell Blondie. Ugh, because she's just plain nosy," until she saw Lizzie weeping on her bed. "Sparrow, I'll call you back, Duchess said, and hung up. "What's up Liz?"

Duchess gave her a hug. "I-I-I c-can't s-speak r-r-r-right now," she muttered over heavy tears.

Maddie and Kitty were lingering outside.

"What's going on in there? I can hear crying," Kitty said. "Whatever it is, it can't be hat-tastic!" Maddie said. 

Maddie poked her head in. "Lizzie?! What's wrong? You don't look hat-tastic at all!" Maddie said. "Her two-faced dumb boyfriend broke up with her," Duchess explained. "No offence, Liz." 

"None taken. These things happen. I just didn't think he'd be so evil about it." Lizzie said. "Aww. He's a mad, stuck-up alien!" Maddie said. They laughed. "Where's Kitty, Maddie?" Lizzie asked. "She's outside!"

Maddie stuck her head out of the door. "Come in, Kitty! Lizzie's in a tizzy!" She said. 

"What's up, Liz? Are you okay?" Kitty asked. "Yeah, sure. Daring broke up with me. But I guess we never loved each other, so it's fair to say really," Lizzie said. "What's going on with the romances around here? First it was me and Alistair, and now you and Daring!" Kitty said. "There is no 'me and Daring', Kitty. We're just two people who never met each other." Lizzie said. "If you made it up to each other, then maybe you could get back together again," Kitty said. "I don't want to make it up to him," Lizzie said. "Besides, he's probably found somebody else now. And he would never make it up to me." 

And it appears she was right. as Duchess checked her MirrorPhone, she gasped. "I don't wanna upset you, but..." Duchess trailed off, and showed Lizzie the page. "Blondie's put the breakup on the MirrorCast?!" Lizzie panicked. "I-I'm afraid so..." Duchess said. "We need to get this off the internet! Or Lizzie's doomed!" Maddie said. "I'm not doomed, Maddie. Duchess, can you tell Humphrey to get this off the MirrorCast?" Lizzie asked. "Sorry. But only Blondie can take this off," Duchess said. "Besides, she's the only one with access to the blog."

They rushed out of the door, heading to Blondie's.

"I hope she's in!" Kitty panted.

As they got to her door, Lizzie gave three knocks.

Cupid answered it.

"Um, hey guys! Oh, Lizzie...I hear you've been having love problems!" Cupid said. "Yes, and bad ones, if that. Do you know where Blondie is, by any chance?" Lizzie asked. "Yeah, she headed to, um, 'his' dorm," Cupid said. "You mean I really have to go there?" Lizzie scoffed. "I'm afraid so. She's gone to interview him and...his...new...girlfriend." Cupid cringed. Lizzie sighed in annoyance. She didn't care anymore! So why were they acting like she did?

"All right! Girls, let's head to Un-Charming's untidy dorm room!" Lizzie ordered.

As they got to his hall, Daring's door appeared to be open.

"Now, who's gonna go first?" Lizzie asked. Everyone took a step from her. "Oh, come on, you're not gonna tell me your scared!" She teased. They hesitated. "Uh...Lizzie, this is your problem, so why don't you fix it?" Duchess asked. "Oh yeah, I'm gonna go and talk to my angry ex-boyfriend who's going to attack me like a wild boar! Now come on!" Lizzie ordered. 

Lizzie poked her head through, to see Blondie, Daring and Cerise. "So that's his 'new girlfriend'," Lizzie whispered. "The mysterious girl in a cape." Lizzie tried not to be seen. "You mean Cerise?" Maddie whispered. "What kind of things are they saying?" Kitty asked. "I'm trying to listen...Blondie's babbling on, but where's-" "DARING!" Maddie screamed.

"Why are you girls spying on me?" He sternly asked. "If you don't give me a sane reason, Hearts here gets it." He grabbed Lizzie's arm. "Excuse me, who do you think you are?" Duchess asked. "Hmm, I don't know. Maybe I'm the milkman. Or maybe I'm a dinner lady. Or maybe I'm Prince Daring Charming who's about to punch Lizzie Hearts in the eye if I don't get an answer!" Daring yelled. Alistair was right behind them, without them knowing. "I don't think so!" He said. He snatched Lizzie from Daring's hand and hit him. "Nobody hurts my princess!"

They all ran away.

"Thank you so much for saving me, Ali!" Lizzie cheered. "My pleasure," He replied, with the slightest blush. "I just had to save you." Kitty's face infested with jealousy. "I can't remember the last time you saved me," she butted in between of them. "Kitty, you've never been in trouble." Alistair said. "Well...whatever."

I think it's safe to say, that they lived Happily Ever After.

I am SO SO sorry for all these waste chapters that I keep throwing at you. But what can I do? I have writer's block again! Oh, and remember, duckies....DIZZAY AND SPLONDAY EZ LYFE!!!
