It was fall. My favorite time of the year. The chilly wind hits my face and I shiver. I put my hands in my pocket. 'Warm....' I thought. I closed my eyes and focused on the environment around me. The birds chirping, cars passing by, people talking, and footsteps coming towards me while getting faster and louder. 'It feels like someone is coming towards me at the speed of light... Wait...'
"Alex!" Someone shouted. I flinched, making me get out of my calming moment. The mysterious person jumped and hugged me making me fall onto the ground because of my unpreparedness.  "Ow.... Ariel, why do you keep on doing that?!" I said while rubbing my forehead. "Because I want to. You finally came early today!" he said. "Yeah," someone said behind Ariel. "Mel, can you get Ariel off of me?" I said to him.
"What's the magic wordddddd?"
"Pleassseeeee"
"I don't want to get off!" Ariel said whining. "He got it wrong anyways," Mel said while looking at his phone. I sighed, we were still on the floor. The wet, dirty floor... I got up quickly as possible with Ariel hugging my like a monkey.
"Cmonnnnnnn," I said.
"Give me one dollar and I'll think about it,"
Ariel said.
I rolled my eyes, "I don't have one."
"Exactly" he said. The bus finally came. "Awww," Ariel groaned
'Thank you good lord,' I thought to myself while mentally praying in my head. We all got into the bus. Ariel sitting next to me and Mel sitting alone. 'I feel bad for him sometimes. I'll make sure we'll show more love to him.
Ariel was blabbing about this girl in his History class, I wasn't really paying attention. "Are you listening?" He questioned me.
"Yeahhhh"
"Okay, then what did I say."
"Oh, ummm... haha.."
"God! You don't listen!" He started playfully hitting me and I started to make dramatic reactions. We both started to burst out laughing.
"Is she hot? Cute?" I said to him
"She has nice eyes.." He didn't look me at me.
"Like butterflies?"
"What's up with you and butterflies?"
I shrugged, "Butterflies are beautiful."
