---------- Chapter 1

Beep, beep. Beep, beep. Beep, beep. Be--

And down fell the rusty old alarm clock situated on my messy table. I didn't even bother to wink an eye to check the time. Today was not a good day. But I deal with it anyway. I quickly leap out of my bed, wobbling all the way to the bathroom. I slam my toothbrush into my mouth and try to enjoy the minty taste. I turn to the clock-- it's 6:15. "So I have roughly 20 minutes," I exclaim.

I quickly rush to finish my Cocoa Puffs cereal and drink a glass full of milk, so that I may grow taller. It's always been my ambition to be a model, live a life that's much better than my current one. I comb my hair with my fingers and attempt a messy bun. Then I rush to fit my shoes on me-- undersized dirty Converses, how befitting for someone like me.

"I'm leaving." I whisper, but unfortunately there was no response. My mother is working, and my father passed away. Me and my mother don't have the best relationship so she barely comes home to visit.  Only God knows where she lives now. To add, all my relatives live in Italy. Anyway, enough of all that depressing crap. It was time to go to Hell, also known as High school. I'm a loser, a loner, a nerd, a victim of bullying in the 11th grade. It was quite normal to throw garbage at me, after all, I am a trash can.

Human beings are the most evil of all living things. They are one of the most intelligent, and because of that, deception, lies, corruption and greed also lies in every single one of us. I am no exception, but since I've witnessed and felt the despair, I've sworn to never let another human feel the same way. It's pure malice. I manage to make the bus and close my eyes, fully prepared for the hate ready to be thrown at me.

"Aria! We missed you!" Noah Reynolds, possibly the rudest and the most immature senior I've ever seen in my life, screeched.

The chimpanzees behind his row decide to join him and start their lowly remarks. Laughter bursts. Plentiful of paper written unimaginable insults are thrown head on at me, and I manage to accept my fate as the girl who did nothing when she got bullied.

Human beings are followers. When someone strong, confident and proud is able to speak, those who couldn't will simply join as a follower. An Aries is supposed to be a strong and passionate leader- but ironically enough, I am an Aries. How ever you read the current situation, I definitely don't live up to my name and zodiac sign. I am truly a loser. As these thoughts circulate my head, the bus has already arrived at school. There is a trait I am proud of however- I am fearless. I've faced all types of adversities that there is nothing to fear for anymore.

Each class takes forever to pass. The teachers are quite lazy here and can't read the situation of bullying occurring almost every damn period. It's frankly annoying. But I will deal with it. It's already 5th period and that means Lunch. Not that I expect to find someone to sit with anyways. If not, I'll just eat my lunch in the library or bathroom. But deep inside me, I long for someone to be my friend. I see a table of 3 girls with one chair available to sit at. I breath in and out and walk over to them.

"Hi," I awkwardly twirl my hair and contort my face into what was supposed to be a smile, but turned out to be a creepy as hell clown face.

"Can I like... sit with you?"
