Ian. What the hell, Ian. Is all I can think. Hell fucking no, Ian. My brother. Ian. Ian. Ian.
"Ian, I, I need your help. I'm in trouble. I did something bad." I told him Christmas Eve of freshman year in college. He said he'd take care of it. Now I know what he meant. He's the one that took her body after I showed him. Now he's here. How did he know I was here?
"Why the hell are you here?" I growl.
"Oh, Jordan. Don't you see? You've been waiting on the one that has been controlling you. Correct?" I stare at him long before furrowing my eyebrows. What does he mean?
"What are you doing talking about?" I squint my eyes, as I get suspicious.
"You know... The voice that called you the night of the party?" He raises one eyebrow, then when it dawns on me, he notices my shock and he smirks. "Ah. There it is."
No. No, no, no, no. Not Ian. It couldn't have been Ian. All this time? All, of this, time? Why...
"No." My voice comes out a little more shaky then I rented and he smiles triumphantly.
"Yes." He says stressing the y, and popping in excitement. "And that's not all my brotha'." I walk closer to him, wanting to wipe the joy right from his face.
"What else." I purr.
"Don't you remember Mandy? I remember Mandy. You remember Mandy, don't you?" He says with a slick slur to his voice, sending me over edge.
"You made me kill her! You did this! Why! Why would you do this! You, you brained washed me! You bastard! I, you-" I stutter and he interrupts me.
"Ah, ah, ah. Don't start, Jo. You know you liked it. I only encouraged it. Isn't that what a sibling is supposed to to do?" He says in his nonchalant British accent. God I hate his voice.
"How could you do this?" I say heart broken by his betrayal, and angered by his trickery. "How could you..."
"I never understood why I despised of you as long as I can remember. But I found out. You and I were, are polar opposites. You were a pure darkness. Born with it. I, I grew into this as time went on. You could have been. I knew that if anyone. You could have been completely pure. I could have been the little brother that changed it all for you. Instead, I allowed your innocence to parish. Along with mine. You really had no clue all these years that you were the avatar, and I was the gamer. I held the controller. And still do." He flashes a sinister look, before spraying something in my face. I stumbled backward, and started to lose vision. The last thing I remember was me asking a question and him responding before I blacked out.
"How can something that started so pure, become something so evil?" I asked. He stood over me and bent down.
"It's born in this world. And anything born in this world, can tarnish." I tried to respond but my throat closed off, and I couldn't. Everything after that, went black.
