"You know," my mother said as we walked along the path. "Your sister has turned out better than I imagined!"
"Do i care?" I asked impatiently
"Well, you should. She has been working hard to preserve what i have built up! Unlike some people."
"Mother! I did not mean to destroy the pillars! I only meant to tackle Damian for hitting Maci!"
"That doesn't change the fact that you destroyed half of my empire!"
"You're still pissed about that, mother?"
"Very."
"Too bad, it's already happened. Deal with it."
We walked in an awkward silence until we reached the opening that lead into a big field.
"Knock yourself out." I said while walking away.
'Maybe literally,' I thought
As I walked home i thought of my friends that were gone. Then i broke down crying. It was a while later after my episode, a woman woke me up.
"Darling, are you okay?" She said. She was old with a hint of youngness running through her
"Who are you, stranger?"
"I am no stranger. My name is Maci. I am your sister."
"Alright maci come out of the ridiculous disguise!" I said to her.
"Alright." She said as she morphed into her old self.
"You're so stupid." I said as i began to walk away from her.
"How am I stupid?" She asked me impatiently.
"You're stupid by entering my part of the woods which means that in the contract signed by ourselves that i can kill you if i want to." I said. "So you better watch you're back. Very, very closely."
"I will." She retorted
"goodbye." I said as i morphed into my fur coat and started to trot into the shadows of the trees so i could get home
"wait!" She said, but i didn't care. I just kept walking home. I wanted sleep. I wanted peace. I wanted to be with my mate around a fire with my cubs and the rest of the pack. but they can't come back and they won't.
