The title's a little freaky...

As we walked down the little path leading to Colby's house, Charlie was still questioning me.

"So, like, you can still see but it's just...--"

"Blurred, yeah."

"That's so bizarre.... How did it happen?"

"In the accident, some shrapnel from the car got into my eyes. If it would have hit anywhere else, I could have been completely blind."

She smiled. "But you're not." She pulled me into another hug as we stood at the doorstep. "And even if you were, it wouldn't change our friendship."

"Thanks Brown."

"Anytime, Jax."

Once she had released me, I turned to the door and pushed it open. Who needs to knock?

We heard high pitched voices coming from the kitchen upstairs so we headed that way. When we got to the top, all I saw was two girls and two guys. One girl was blonde and had huge boobs. They had to be fake. The other had brown hair and her chest was completely flat.

They had these obnoxious, high pitched voices. Honestly, I felt my heart chip knowing that Sam and Colby would like girls like that. I thought they had higher standards.

The two boys stood behind a camera videoing the girls making brownies and spewing sexual remarks. I didn't think the guys were Sam and Colby because they're hair colors were slightly different but who else could they be?

"Charlie..." I whispered, grabbing her arm for support. "We need to go."

My knees had gone weak and my heart was beating faster than normal. I didn't want to be here and watch my best friends fall for these sluts.

Charlie looked at me as she silently laughed. "Why?" She said, giving me a "you're crazy" look. "This is hilarious."

"Are you kidding?!" I whispered angrily at her.

She just looked at me confused for a second before realization washed across her face. "Oh! Kendall, calm down. Just watch for a second."

I gave an annoyed sigh and turned back to the sluts with crossed arms. Thankfully, I didn't have to watch long because they came to a pause and one of the guys yelled "cut."

The two girls sighed tiredly and reached up to their hair, pulling it off their heads.

Wait, what?!

"Hey guys!" Colby's voice came out of the flat chested girls body.

Oh my gosh... I'm an idiot. Such. An. Idiot.

I groaned and put my head on Charlie's shoulder. "I'm stupid. I'm sorry." And then I hit her arm. "Why didn't you tell me?!"

She was laughing. "I'm sorry."

"Tell you what?" Colby asked as he hugged me.

I placed my head in the crook of his neck and mumbled. "Nothing, she was just being evil." I smiled and pulled away to hug Sam.

"So guys, are you going to introduce us to your friends?" Charlie asked, motioning to the video guys.

"Oh! Yeah, sorry. Kendall, Charlie, this is Reed," Sam said, pointing to the guy with light brown hair. "and this is Devin."

"Hey," I waved shyly.

Charlie rolled her eyes at me. "Sorry, she's just being Kendall." She turned back to Sam and Colby. "Hey, we have to leave now. We only had time to drop in and say hi." She walked over and hugged Devin and Reed. "It was nice meeting you guys."
