Chapter 28

" YOKAV!" Edwin runs into the room, while the nurses lays Yokav on a bed, rolling him away from me. " D...doctor what happened to him? Please please please tell me he will be okay!"

" We'll see what we can do miss. Nobia," my doctor said, reassuringly. " For now you need to rest or else you will be back in the danger zone."

" Can...I..can I watch him. I promise I won't cause any disturbance!" 

The doctor frowns at first, then nods. " You can come. But first you need to change your gown into your clothes and sit on the wheel chair," she ordered, " Tanya will be the one to escort you to the operational room."

" Okay!" I cheered but sobbed again. 

Tanya rolled me to Yokav's room and according to her, he was undergoing a surgery. " Will he be okay?" I asked. 

" Let's pray that he does Nobia," Tanya replied, helping me rest on a comfy sofa, soft as a bunny. " He should be here in two to three hours. In the meantime, get's some rest on the couch." 

" Okay!" 

I think about Yokav and wonder how our future would be together. Sometimes he acts up, but sometimes, he is so honest, he would always spill his heart out to me. 

Five hours later...

Where is he? What's taking so long? I hope Yokav is safe! I've been awake for the past five terrible, lonely hours, and still, none of the nurses, the doctor told me anything about Yokav. It's annoying and I'm pissed as the dragon of fire. WHAT THE HELL? " Mother..." Before I can finish my cuss, I heard a lady clear her throat. I look up to see my doctor staring at me. " Oh hi....sorry about that mrs...aah"

" Zabihalazia!"

" Yes of course! Zabihalala iza?" Crap! I suck at pronouncing extremely long Russian names. 

" How are you feeling?" She sat on the chair in front of me, and placed a cup of mmmmm R.U.S.S.I.A.N.Teas!!!!

"Ohmygod, thank you thank you THANK you so much!" As I'm about to take the tea into my hands, my doctor pulls it away and sips the cup herself. What a .......never mind! She did save my life!

" Sorry but no hot fluids for you."

" Okay!" I whined softly. Suddenly, somehow, when I closed my eyes, I began to drift to sleep mistakenly, in front of my doctor. 

" Wow what the heck?" I told myself as I realized that I was awake but in a different place, surrounded by white everywhere, with no other color. " Where am I ?"

" Your with me my love!" I recognize his voice and saw that .....

" Alec?" I asked in a shocked, whisper, as I can feel my eyes tearing up.

Alec smiles and opens his arms for me. " Oh ALEC!" I ran up to him, and hugged him back, so happy that my Alec has finally came back for me. " Alec you...you are alive, aren't you? Come back home with me." He shakes his head and frowns. 

" I'm still gone baby."

" Then....then where am I?" I questioned him, observing the whiteness that almost made me blind for a second. 

" You are in my world with you." 

" I don't understand!" I told him. 

He sighed and left me in my place, as he walked around me. " You've changed a lot Nobia, yet you never understood one simple thing. 

" What do you mean?" 

" Why don't you find out yourself?" Alec told me. He suddenly disappeared, but the whiteness began to darken, which of course relieved my eyes a lot. " Enjoy your movie!" 

I look up to see a movie projector awkwardly and what appeared to be was..." Oh my god." I cover my mouth with my hand, and tears were flooding down my cheeks like the niagara falls. " Alec...how could you?" The movie appeared Alec and my only best friend, naked head to toe, having sex with each other in the shower, a few weeks ago before Alec's death, during our vacation with each other. I recognized our vacation home's bathroom shower, and now everything made sense. 

Maybe that's why my best friend couldn't make it to Alec's funeral?

Maybe that's why she lied to me that she's pregnant with her boyfriends baby. 

Now that's why, here I am, watching my fucking boyfriend cheating on me,before his death and my GOD DAMN BIRTHDAY! " WHY WHY WHY?" I yelled at myself and Alec for all the mess he has caused for me.
