If I ever lose him, I need him to know how I feel for him. If he ever loses me, he needs to know the same about me. We reached the very top of the hill and he patted the green grass under his palm. I sat down right next to him, still patiently waiting for my answer of yes or no. Finally he spoke and it was in a serious tone. "Yes, even if you were a vampire I'd still be your best-friend but it wouldn't be my property to protect. I won't be able to protect you from anything. I could still be your same old best-friend. But Vivian Aberdeen Lunar I've wanted to tell you this from the night I saved you from the redcaps. I've wanted to tell you that..... I love you to the galaxy and back. My love for you is unconditional and every second of the day I'm without you, I think of you. I must have gone mad but your smile is imprinted into my head. I will always remember you as a smiling sweet girl. Even if one day we won't be together just always know I love you. Vivian I can't stay away from you any longer. But I'll understand if you don't feel the same for me."

Kaden sadly looked down into his laps thinking that I loved another guy. I love him, and only him. "Kaden, my turn. Kaden Mercio Kendon I also love you to the galaxy and back. I've just never came up with an easy way to tell you how I felt. I love you."

He slid his hand on my rosy cheeks and came closer. Feeling his lips only a centimeter away from kissing mine. I smacked my lips onto his. I was tired of waiting so long. I was tired of waiting for people to do things for me. For once I want to take matters into my own hands. His lips collided into mines and I felt fireflies in my stomach. My head felt light and the world around me just stopped for a second to sink us in. And by that I knew...I knew that I loved him to the depths of the galaxy, I loved him beyond the black hole.

I pushed him back and I looked up at him admiringly. When your whole world is right in front of you, everything is alright.

"Kaden...I..love you and only you. But Kaden you do know we have to defeat Queen Griselda before she takes over the world?."

"Yes Vivian, I already know that. I just never thought that you would want to go in war with Them. If you want, we can go practice fighting first thing in morning tomorrow."

"Training first thing in the morning? I guess I can cancel school for a few days." Kaden smiled at me.

We both knew that next week we will go in war with the fey, we will win. If we lose at least we'll both die saving the world. Kaden and I both laid down on the grass, my head on his chest. Hearing his heart beat was relieving.
