Loving a thick girl

Chapter 6

A week later.....
So, I have decided to live with my father and so far things are going well. My father is trying to make up for lost time. Red has made it known that I was his sister and will hurt anybody who hurts me. Jacqueline is excited about me being her sister because she's always wanted a sister and Aaliyah treats me as her own.
"You think you all that because you hanging with King and his crew"Monica and her minions comes out of nowhere saying
"What?"
"Don't play stupid bitch. Stay away from my man or there will be consequences." Monica says turning to leave
"He doesn't even want your hoe ass."I say under my breath
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!"
"I didn't say anything and if I said something what would you do about it." I say confidence overcoming me
All of a sudden Monica punches me straight in the face sending me to the floor and cracking the bones in my nose. Suddenly I'm attacked by other hands and feet. I then realize I'm getting jumped. I try and fight back the best way I can until I am overpowered. That was the last thing I remembered before it went black.
I wake up to the sound of beeping realizing I'm in the hospital. I look over to see my my family and King looking worried. I clear my throat to let them know I'm awake. My dad and King rush over.
"Marr are you alright." My dad ask
"Yeah I'm alright."
                               At home
"How could you let those girls jump you like that"my dad ask
" I tried to get them off of me but I was overpowered."
"King said that they always harass you and you let them. Why?"
"Because I'm scared of them." I say ashamed
"It's ok babygirl I'm gonna teach how to stick up for yourself so this won't happen again." Dad says while Hugging me
"I love you"
"I love you too" I say hugging him back
