i FINALLY GET home from the most lovely morning jog ever, to find my mother cooking breakfast. "How was your run hun?" "It was cool" I said smiling deviously. "I just got attacked by a couple of dumb muggers. They even thought that they could actually kill me!" I laugh, mom joins in. "They really had no idea huh?" I couldn't help from laughing uncontrollably. "Did you teach them a lesson of how to choose your enemies?" "If you call being unconscious while your buddy is writhing on the ground in pain from his possibly broken ribs and arms a lesson, then yea, I taught them a lesson." Mom just laughs and shakes her head, going back to her cooking. Maybe I should clear my head on jogs more often, this has actually cheered me up. "Mom...I'm sorry, I should have been happy for you." She just turned away from the burning food and ran full blown into me. Which to honest with you actually knocked the breath out of me "Hon look I'm...sorry, I have been keeping anything from you cass, i went on my first date yesterday when you were at school.'' ''Oh mom its fine, I honest to God should have been more open with you about my feelings for alex..." "Oh Hon, im sorry i got you into this mess, I actually love him hon i would never give up my feelings for anything, But i want you to know to know that I care about you a lot. nothing affects you and alexander, if you two truly love each other, then fight for it. And hon I know you.... you never give up, I admire that part of you...so embrace it. Fight for that guy! Nothing can separate you two, your paths were created by God, and I think He made them to intertwine." "That, I think is the most touching thing you have ever said mom." She punched me lightly, even so it might bruise, but the smile on her face told me all I needed to know. She really was lucky. That grin of hers could light up any room. We hugged each other tightly until suddenly there was a knock at the door. Mom and me both looked toward it in anticipation, she yelled "Come in!" Alexander came in through the door looking a little rattled, as soon as he saw me he stalked right up to me. It was so unexpected, my mom jumped a little. "Are you okay? I was jogging by the waterfall and saw these giant guys mug you. I wanted to help but I saw you do all of those ninja moves so...ya." He said. I tried calling after you but you just kept running full speed ahead." I started laughing. "That was you?" "Yeah," He reaches up to scratch the back of his neck, "and since I couldn't get your attention I decided to drop by and see if you were fine." "Well that was very kind of you, thank you." Mom chips in. "Yeah thank you." I echo. "Anyway," He starts, "I better go or my dad will start wondering where I went." He turns around and walks towards the door. "See ya Cass! Bye Mrs. Turran." "Bye Alexander." My mom says, shaking her head and laughing to herself. When he shuts the door, she turns to me. "I can see why you like him. If I were your age I would too." I laugh and she turns back to making breakfast. But then the realization hit me that none of my problems have been solved and I'm still stuck in this mess. I have one comment: Life sucks.

AlexanderI get home around ten and I'm already worn out. My day has been crazy, and it's not even lunch time. So screw it, I'm eating lunch now. I rummage through the fridge and pull out some leftover mac-n-cheese to pop into the microwave. As it's heating up I grab an apple and my history textbook. Got to cram as much information into my head before the upcoming test this next week. Perks of having a smart friend, you know when the surprise tests are coming up. Stupid history teacher with no dignity to actually tell his class when they are going to have a test that could send some of us into hypovolemic shock. I tell you this is totally unnecessary!!! He should be arrested before any of us teenagers die of heart failure. Normally I don't like to talk down on my teachers, but this is totally uncalled for. And since when did Mr. Briers start giving surprise tests? Other teachers gave their classes pop quizzes. But apparently Mr. History Man here has to be over the top.
I give up after a while and remember that my lunch is still in the microwave. Dang it. I hate it when I do that! I get up and heat up my lunchagain. At least it's actually lunch time now.
Note: this is where Dezi_Rain stopped writing....urg she is too busy with her book right now, however I will post the remaining parts that Cassandra has witnessed. So just so you know this book is currently postponed.
