Unbreakable bonds (mikayuu)

Chapter 3

"Yuu-chan..." Mika hugged Yuu tighter. The two stayed like this for about another 2 minutes until Shinoa spoke up. "I guess we will leave you two alone~" With that, the four left. "Yuu-chan, come with me....please. It's not safe here." Mika had the most worried look on his face. "I can't, Mika...they are my family too." Yuu was avoiding eye contact with Mika. "Look at me, Yuu-chan!" Mika was screaming at this point. Yuu instantly looked up with a little fear in his eyes. He had never heard Mika scream like that. Noticing the way Yuu was looking at him, Mika immediately lowered his voice and looked down in shame. "I'm sorry..." Mika mumbled. Yuu grabbed Mika's shoulders and pulled him into a hug again. "It's ok. I understand. But I can't just leave my friends. Why don't you come with me? I mean, what do you have in Sanguinem that's really important to you? So...why don't you come with us?" Yuu then pulled away from the hug and held out his hand to Mika. Mika started to reach his hand outward but started hesitating when he thought of Krul. He needs her blood to survive and there would be no way for Mika to get blood. Mika started to slowly draw his hand back. Yuu looked at Mika with sad eyes. "Please Mika..." Mika gulped. He started thinking about what Krul or Ferid might do to get him back. " What if they  attack the humans and start another war?  What if they might take Yuu-chan hostage?" Mika shook his head at these thoughts. But he grabbed Yuu's hand anyway. Yuu smiled and said "let's go home, Mika." (Noreferanceintended)
